Great WFH Laptop. Multiple ports for accessories usage. 8GB of Ram lets pages flow with ease. Even though it’s a 14” screen the graphics are clean so it makes look much bigger. Extremely small and lightweight so it’s easy for travel. Great price for the refurbished model. No faults reported at this time.

This is the first laptop I have purchased for myself and it's great quality! I really enjoy it! Although, occasionally when pressing the keys, it doesnt input onto the screen so i have to press a little harder, and the bottom gets warm. It doesn't get too warm though which is good! Both those "issues" are things I can look past! Overall, its amazing

Good laptop! It had that little detail on the power button that looked like used but apart from that it’s just like brand new. Battery life is fair, I wouldn’t say it lasts a lot but most of this type of laptops don’t, it does seem to have a brand new battery.

I needed a work laptop, and this was a great option! Works perfect!

Poor camera quality, battery lasts like less than an hour unplugged, fingerprint or Face ID doesn’t work for signing in, sound quality is just not there. It sounds like echoey and like maybe it was dropped in water. Also, I feel it shouldve been faster, for a 16 gig with 8th gen Intel processor.

I was out looking for a good Laptop just before Thanksgiving . Hoping to Find a decent machine for a good price, in my budget . After a great deal of looking around I came across This 14" Refurbished Dell 5400 - 1920 x 1080 FHD - Intel 8th Gen Core i5-8265U with 8GB RAM - Intel UHD Graphics 620 - 256GB SSD- windows 11 Was skeptical at first about getting a Refurbished Laptop . However comparing cost and specs of laptops that were available and what they offered and what the cost was. This refurbished Dell offered Decent Specs for a reasonable price. So I decided to give it a try. It arrived in a Generic but safe Packaging, with power adapter, step by step setup instructions leaflet and 1 year warranty card by Joy systems. The Machine is in a brand new like condition. I have had it for less than a week now, But so far everything works great. I am happy and satisfied with my decision so far of buy this refurbished laptop. It has been less than a week, but it seems like a good bang for the buck. with my limited experience of less than a week, If I had to do it again I would.

A very nice laptop for the money. The computer arrived on time and is in better condition than I expected, looks as good as new. The packaging was perfect, very well protected. I would definitely buy one of these again.

Computer good so far, does everything I need and I am very happy with what I have and have had zero issues. Quality and build is good too and you can't beat the price. Came with everything as well and I would def buy one again. Literally your standard laptop.

bought this to run my sims with a bunch of expansion packs which is not an easy task but this computer has handled it perfectly
