Item says it’s USB-C hub…..not there was no USB-C anywhere. I’m sure device is fine…..just there is nothing anywhere that it’s USB-C

Exactly what I needed! Easy to set up. It is compact so it does not take up a lot of space on my desk.

Does not come with thunderbolt USB. Not sure how this is a docking station.

Not a bad port replicator, using it with a new HP Spectre 360 laptop. , it will support multiple monitors using only a single USB 3.0 connection to your laptop. The weakness is the documentation and software. The CD that came with the unit was for Windows 8 and would not work Windows 10,I had to search Dell's website for the correct driver. The manual that came with the unit is totally worthless, the legalize manual was thicker then the single page manual. It is nice to have all your cables - mouse, keyboard, video plugged into the port replicator instead of your notebook. For the money its worth using this port replicator to not have all the cables hanging out of your laptop.

Waited a week to have this item shipped to us since my new Dell doesn't have a built in ethernet port for some reason. When I hooked it up, the computer recognized the devices i plugged in (monitor, ethernet, USB keyboard). in that sense it works just fine. But be aware this is NOT a dock in the traditional sense. It does not provide a charge to your laptop. It merely extends your laptop ports to a different unit. Calling it a dock implies charging is available, but that is not the case. Why they choose to call it a dock is a mystery. It's like calling a chromebook a laptop. To me, having a dock charge the laptop is a baseline requirement. Best Buy (and dell) please change the description to "Port Replicator" so people can choose between buying a $129 Dell product or a $29 Belkin product.

Just what I was looking for and they price matched dell. Using this to run two monitors. Makes a big difference and has plenty of sub ports.

When this item was not available in stores I ended up ordering online and it was delivered within a day. and easy to setup.

I couldn't find a power on docking station. This is passive, so it won't power your laptop. That makes it a bit of pain with all the cords. It does get the job done.

Great docking station. I bought this to have as a second desk station to not have to unplug everything each time. Worked well & I didn't have to go through my IT department!!

Super user friendly. Can utilize the laptop screen plus 3 additional monitors. A must for anyone who wants to add monitors without physically docking your laptop. Extra USB ports allow for wireless mouse, keyboard, or charging other devices.

This dock is cool! got it for 50 dollars open box. looks brand new. very impressed. i say buy this model if you need a dock. Keep in mind, this dock does not charge a laptop...

This thing is great, I've had horrible experience with off brand docking stations and this works perfectly.

I use three external monitors at work. My old laptop actually had three video output ports, so I never needed a dock. But my new laptop doesn't have enough ports to hook up all my monitors simultaneously, so I bought this docking station. I couldn't be happier! When I take my laptop to/from the office, it is so much easier to just hook up a single cord. All that said, one of the reasons this docking station is pricey is that it supports three video outputs. This was a requirement for my purposes. But if you don't need to hook up three monitors at once, you may be able to find a cheaper alternative.

The product works fine, but I was disappointed in the delivery process. I had to wait a week to receive my purchase when it was supposed to be a 2 hour pick up.

I ordered this product because the title said it was a "USB-C" docketing station. However, after reviewing the product I realized it does not include "USB-C." You can only use USB-C if you have a converter. Just because it can be converted doesn't mean it actually is "USB-C", otherwise I could claim it has Apple connectivity too because I can plug my iPhone into the USB-B slot. Product is probably fine if you purchased it correctly.
