I needed a new PC due to the fact that my current Dell is windows 10. It still works as good as it always has.This unit is compact and light. Very easy to set up. Works very well for all of my personal needs. I did miss the fact that it doesn't have a VGA port, I just used that as an excuse to upgrade my monitor

I purchased the Dell DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS expecting the upgrade options and hardware configuration described in Dell’s own product materials. Unfortunately, several key specifications were inaccurate or misleading, and the actual hardware inside this model does not match what Dell advertises. 1. PCIe Expansion Slot Description Is Incorrect Dell’s documentation suggests usable expansion capabilities, but the internal layout tells a different story. This system includes only one PCIe x16 slot that is electrically limited to x4, plus a single x1 slot. Dell’s descriptions imply a more flexible expansion path than what this proprietary motherboard actually supports. 2. GPU Upgrade Claims Are Unrealistic for This Model Dell promotes this model as “easy to upgrade,” including graphics expansion. In reality: • The chassis lacks the clearance for a standard-length GPU. • The proprietary Dell power supply has no PCIe power connectors. • Both the PSU and motherboard use proprietary Dell connectors, making replacements impossible. Despite Dell’s marketing, GPU upgrades on the DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS are essentially not feasible. 3. Storage Expansion Was Misrepresented Dell’s listing suggests additional internal storage support, but this system includes only one usable M.2 NVMe slot, and the SATA bays are not equipped with brackets, wiring, or functional access — rendering expansion claims misleading. 4. Proprietary Components Not Disclosed Clearly The DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS uses a proprietary motherboard layout, proprietary power supply, and nonstandard connectors. This severely restricts the upgradeability that Dell advertises and should be disclosed upfront for buyers who plan to expand their system. 5. HDR Output Capability Was Incorrectly Implied Dell’s specifications indicate HDR support, but the integrated graphics in this model do not provide proper HDR output in real use. This should be clearly stated so customers are not misled about display capabilities. Overall, the DELL DECT1250-5067BLK-PUS works fine as a basic workstation, but Dell’s published specifications overstate the upgradability and hardware support. Accurate and transparent specs are essential, especially for customers who purchase based on expandability.

The device operates very well. One issue, no documents or instructions were sent with the computer.

Bought this desktop for my mother to replace a very old machine. This is a perfect machine for her - it's easy to navigate, intuitive for a "casual" user and gives her the speed and access she needs. Setup and service was stellar from the geek squad too :)

After a dozen years of heavy use, my Dell desktop PC was showing its age. So I bought a new one. It’s much faster and more powerful than its predecessor. Set up was plug and play simple. If the pattern holds, I’ll be back in a dozen years for thr next one.

I have only had this computer for a couple of weeks but so far it has worked fine. There are many new items on it that I had not had before, so I am still getting used to it. I am not tech advantaged so when I get the chance to have things explained to me, I readily accept. However, i did research on it and other computers, and I felt that this was the best deal in my price range.

This Dell desktop is the perfect system to use for your everyday computing needs. It is small and powerful to search the internet and run your apps that you use every day., Set-up is easy and if you use Microsoft all your data and settings can be downloaded from your old computer to this new system with ease.

Like any Dell product I have used, it's reliable and functions well. For the value, this was an excellent purchase considering it has an Intel Core Ultra processor, 16 GB memory, and 1 TB storage. As always, the staff at Best Buy were informed and professional.

Works as a computer. Rather than adding in internal hard drive, I use a 2 TB external SSD.. Windows 11 needed a learning curve from Windows 10.

So far it has been everything I expected from it. It replaced another Dell where I decided I didn't need as much power. Big mistake that computer was slow the first day I turned it on. The final step when I went in one night just to play Wordle Two hours later I still hadn't played it so the next day I went to Best Buy and they had exactly what I wanted. Haven't regretted it since. Let this be a lesson don't go cheap pay a little extra for GB/Memory and get Pro.

I purchaseed this model as an upgrade to an older Dell model I had. I had it installed by a membervof thr Geek Squad. This new model is performing at a much higher speed and the uupgrade to Windows 11 has been amazingly easy to adapt to. I am very pleased with the new desktop and the price.

My experience was great at Best Buy! I am not a computer savvy person but got a salesman who was very helpful and sold me everything necessary to upgrade to Windows 11. My current computer could not be upgraded as it was purchased in 2016. It was simply a quick in and out, got what I needed with no pressure to purchase a lot of things that were not necessary. I would definitely shop at the Reno store again.

My old computer was 10 years old, running slow and would not support Windows 11 so I got a new one. This computer is much faster in every way, plus I got it for $250 off as it was a black Friday special, before black Friday. I am very pleased with my new computer.
