    Great computer needed to replace an older unit and having many many photos, some in raw format, wanted the 2 TB of available storage, and the 32 gb of ram for photo processing apps. This unit was easily set up and old computer easily transferred over without needing any additional apps. Took advantage of BestBuy price match post purchase.

    We feel this is a great product. We needed storage, which this provides, and so much more. This product was easy to use and we could easily figure out how to use many of the proceses. As Total members, we were pleased with how Geek Sqad helpded transfer our information to our new computter. Overall it was a nice experience.

    ORDERED AND THE SHIPPING TOOK A LONG TIME, AND NEVER RECIEVED ANY UPDATES. I THEN STOPPED BY BEST BUY TO CHECK ON THE ORDER, AND THEY FOUND THE ORDER IN THE BACK. COMPUTER WORKS GREAT, VERY FAST, EVEN WITH ALL THE SHIPPING PROBLEMS, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

    okay so far. Still getting over the loss of $150.00 price match as the unit was not available for me to use until the day after the sale ended. It was waiting for the Geek Squad appt. This took the joy out of the purchase.

    I bought this item because it was one of the few that had an SD card port. When it is on, it keeps making an annoying clicking noise. The power switch is hard to locate when it is off. Everything is black.
