Ordered late at night and pickup was ready by open of business the following morning. Smooth seamless The laptop itself looks great and ran great for a day or two after I had it, then issues started to happen. I made sure to elevate the back of the laptop and place it on a sturdy surface and only downloaded a couple games to play. After a couple days of light use I turn on the laptop and noticed FPS has drastically dropped and my power usage is capped at 30w (max is 115w). I’m fairly rec savvy and did alot of research on this issue and tried everything but could not fix this issue. My last resort was to try geek squad. Again staff very friendly and helpful, however, I would have to pay for them to take a look at the machine and possibly fix which would cost more than I paid for it or return the laptop since it was still in the two week return window. Since it was an open box there were no other available to swap it with. I essentially got half the laptop I thought I was getting however it was still a big up grade from what I had and couldn’t beat the price , I just wish there was more support for open box items especially shortly after buying the item.

It is not compatible with my school because I can’t handle it with me and need to leave at home like computer. I think it’s not good practice to buy and use it.
