The computer itself is good. Its not able yo connect to certain C1 usb product like a hp hub in order to utilize multiple screens. Ensure this if you intend to use this on multiple display. The speed was fast. It is also heavy in weight.

Excellent machine. Rarely lags. Sometimes has issues with Windows not loading properly and needs to restart, though. Colors are a bit off, so maybe not the best for artists. Can be somewhat fixed by screwing with the settings. Edges of the screen have a sort of yellowish tint when displaying dark colors.

Is a good laptop, some finicky bits and larger games will definitely put it to the test but I haven't had any real issues using it for games and grad school work. Battery lasts like an hour at most when running games so it's basically been plugged in the entire time it's been out of the box.

I love this computer! So far it plays every game I through at it. And the upgrading the ram was super simple.. Great Laptop. Would buy again.

The computer is fine but the associate and the Geek Squad technician sold me the wrong memory for upgrade. They sent me home with DDR4 memory which will not physically fit in the memory slot. This computer requires DDR5 memory which is keyed differently than DDR4. Other than that annoyance the computer is fine.

This Gaming Laptop ran games like Rainbow Six Siege and Apex Legends really well, and around 120+ frames. The bluetooth connect on the laptop was great as well. I was able to pair my Apple Airpod Pros to it and had no static noises. So being able to connect to bluetooth earbuds was really my favorite part. If you are on a bigger body type like height or height and weight, I would look into somrthung a bit bigger. The keys were kinda close together and the laptop was uncomfortable to use for gaming unless you could find the right position. Make sure you update the graphics card and check for yodates cause it does affect performance

So I purchased a Alienware - m15 R4 15.6" FHD Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 512GB Solid State Drive and Compared to my New G15 upgraded it with 2TB Gaming SSD along with some HP fans and I feel its a little better at half the cost!! Maybe its the Ryzen CPU But All I can say is Thank you to best buy Total Tech Plan For the Advice and the great Customer support

I had experienced some technical issues with the notebook, although it was fair for the price when I bought it ($420). The G15 has a real descent performance as a gaming computer.

Other than the flaws that I had initially experienced trying to get the laptop to how I wanted set up, it was easy going from there. The RAM of 8GB might be a limitation to some but it's manageable and it's easy to open up and upgrade should you need more RAM for more demanding games and applications.

this laptop has served me very well for a few months now, i transport and run it daily. Runs games great and stays cool, fans arent too loud. Everything about this laptop is great, except the hours and hours of work i had to put into it before finally making it work well. If you dont know about computers, don't buy it. This laptop comes loaded with windows 11 which is garbage in the first place, but when paired with the alienware software that is crucial to using the "maximum fan speed" function. The alienware command center is an absolute nightmare. It wouldn't function in windows 11 AT ALL. also. the program doesnt officially support windows 10. Ever since i downgraded ive had much less isssues, despite it not being supported. Ive had a great experience since. Regardless, it is pretty ridiculous how much work it took on my end to make it functional. overall i love this laptop as a peice of hardware, but the bloatware being crucial to keeping it cool when gaming was a horrible oversight.

Brilliant for running smaller games and doing online work - I do wish it had more RAM, but it's still a very good laptop for the price

It’s a great laptop for my son. Had it for about a month and my son does school and games on it. I think it’s a good laptop for people getting into games and school work.

Battery life could be better but does everything I need it to. From coding to gaming im able to do it all while on the go.

Not a bad laptop for price for gaming wod recomend adding a cheap 16gb ram to it($30)
