had no complaints good laptop ran games really good

Overall a great gaming laptop but will need to upgrade the limited RAM. It can run indie titles but nothing major at recommended settings. While playing a game, battery lasts maybe 1 1/2 hours.

Excellent laptop, well built for the price and the performance and screen are great for the money. If you cant get this on sale around the 650-750 dollar range I say go for. Only thing of note is the low storage and ram. If possible for you I would upgrade the ran from 8gb to 16 or 32. Then when able I would bump up the storage from 512gb to 1TB if you do that you will be more then happy with this machine for the money.

My wife wanted me to looking for a laptop for the kids to do their school work and I did a lot of searching on the Internet and to find the best deals, I finally saw this laptop on sale at Best Buy and I took the opportunity to buy it the day before the sale is ending. Overall, it was a nice looking gaming laptop. I like the overall design and functionality! I would recommend it to anyone.

First adult laptop I’ve ever purchased. Bought it for an all purpose laptop so I could do homework, work and a little gaming and it handles everything very well. Only downfall is the battery only last like 3-4 hours but I have never needed it to last any longer than that.

spectacular hardware, great solid performance, RAM easily upgradable.

I got this mostly for random things I do at home such as running slicers and other programs for 3D printers, scanners, and engravers. As well I use it for some gaming and the Xbox application and will be using it for a car tuning download soon as well. No issues, no slow loading or connection problems. I would recommend to anyone.

The laptop itself has room for improvement. Both the RAM and storage space are less than desirable, but at the Open Box price point this was an incredible deal. There were only 2 differences between the laptop I purchased and a new in box model, I didn't get an original box, and I saved over $400.

Got this open box for $345 to replace my wifes desktop that had a 2070s and recently broke. She only plays overwatch but it hits 120fps on the 1080p monitor with pretty high settings on. If there were more available at this price I would have got another for myself!

Overall very good laptop gamed well and mostly stayed cool, I used a cooling pad. Unfortunately I had a sound issue with occasional popping/cracking with internal and external speakers

It's been great so far, having no trouble running Diablo IV, which is the reason I bought the laptop, to play while at hotels for work. I would recommend this laptop for a great budget option. Some things like battery life, I haven't tested, I've only used it while plugged in.
