Bought a open box for couple hundred cheaper. It’s been great I been able to play almost every game with good frame rates. Sound is ok but it’s a laptop so of course they are average. Over all I got it for 800 after taxes and it’s been a good pick up for gaming.

I like it, but it has been confiscated by my wife. LOL her desktop is currently down, and its able to run her photo editing programs easily.

It takes a lot of time to start around 2 minutes. which is very frustrating. Once open its really good to use and speed is good too

I bought this mainly for gaming at good but nothing amazing settings and it did that well with 120hz display. I mainly played Halo Infinite, Destiny 2 and all the Age of Empire games on it. I felt like it did a great job with those games. The screen was great and very sturdy. Minor nitpick, I found it hard to open it with one hand when sitting on a flat surface due the top screen edge being at an angle. Ultimately I enjoy it, but after about 30 days my work got a laptop and so I returned this one. I wish I could have kept this one for the my work laptop but oh well.

I wound up returning this because the internet did not work very well in my house

This gaming laptop performs as expected. Super fast and responsive and you can play lots of titles like Call of Duty and Battle Field. 5 stars.

This is the worst. Just the absolute worst laptop I’ve ever purchased. Good: large screen, keypad, backlight keyboard, clear graphics Bad: sssssOOOOooooo slow!! I mean…..it acts as if it 4Gb instead like of 16Gb. It’s a Ryzen 7 that acts like an I3. It took almost 20 minutes on first start up to get to the start-up. It took almost a solid hour to download Age of Empires off Xbox subscription. I have a 7 yo HP Envy that works better. Don’t know about the battery life as I will not spend another moment with this laptop. It’s also not touchscreen (my fault for not noticing that) I would NOT recommend…or maybe I got a bad one…but I won’t repeat this mistake. Looks: It is UGLY. When I opened it I thought (and maybe even said out loud) UGH!! I guess they thought this speckled look was stylish or something…it just looks dirty….or like a cheap plastic cutting board. It’s HEAVY, so if you need to tote it…get a roller.

It is good laptop. The problem with dell updates and drivers. Not easy for ppl who not ready to mess with drivers. Price is very good for open box! Realy like it.

Product is reliable but fans are constantly running. Seems like this computer runs on the hot side but performs well.

My son loves this, hasn’t had any issues. Uses for gaming mostly, but it is well equipped for school.

Very impressed with this machine so far. I haven't used it for its intended purpose of gaming just yet, but for programming using VS Code and basic use of Discord, streaming videos, and simple internet browsing - it has been fantastic. No waiting for programs to load and items to open. It does take a bit for it to boot, but this isn't a major issue.

I picked this up Open Box for 50% off. That being said, if you're looking for a laptop that can do intensive gaming, look somewhere else. If you're looking for a laptop that you can do some light gaming, has the capability to upgrade RAM and SSD, and can run some heavy applications, this might be your speed. For Linux users, runs like a champ with Linux Mint or Fedora, only downside, no screen backlight control.

Dont have motherboard battery. Don’t have second ssd slot. Everything Else is find.

Purchased this laptop to replace a 4 year old Lenovo IdeaPad 330. Wanted a little more horsepower and this laptop provides that. Runs everything I need and still has power to spare.
