Ive had ZERO issues until 4 months ago. Opening and closing the laptop became impossible because the screen began to break when i would close it. Just this morning it finally bit the dust and destroyed the screen. I did not pay $1100 dollars to use somethibg for a year.

It seems like I’m not the only one who has had the same issue. Best Buy is replacing it for free, I would have accepted the store credit and gotten a different computer but it was on sale for $799 when I purchased it and there is nothing comparable for that price. I love this computer otherwise. Also it seems odd that everyone who had this issue purchased their computers around the same time as me (while it was on sale).

Great price for a multi functional laptop. I don’t game that much but it’s also great just for my everyday and work use. Feels very sturdy and looks very sleek. Dell did a great job on this.

This machine is perfect for gaming and video editing. 1080p gaming 4k video crunching perfect. Be certain to update all of the software and bios. Be patient let it install and check for updates and you will be in good shape. It is very fast avoid using drivers that are not certified by dell/windows 11. Unfortunately, many bad reviews degrade the quality of this item unnecessarily. I did have an issue with it not being able to resume from sleep, but a bios updated to fix that.smooth sailing now.
