The first two there were four blue screens of death. I figured out that the hardware only gets updates if you use the DELL support app not the Windows update in settings. After that it worked for two days. On the fifth it would not wake up or power up. I held the power button down for a reset to no avail. I am 61 and this is probably my 20th computer (home and work). This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst computer I have ever owned. Then all of a sudden it woke up and I did a complete reset and shipped it back.
