Fast pc i have a year with the laptop and i super glad with my purchase

This laptop is a very good budget machine for both work and for gaming. It have very good build quality and a good amount of power for the price. The fans are very quiet unless you want them to be loud. A great option for sure. Also very go battery life for a machine of this power and price.

If I could add a half star as you can on other sites I would. Overall I like this Dell model. Bestbuy has recently lowered the price on this model and unfortunately I missed that discounted price by less than 2 weeks. Frankly that is the price it is worth for the following reasons. 1) The battery life on this model is extremely poor and may be why Dell didn't state its life: way less than 2 hours. It's sad because Dell battery life used to be really good. 2) This model heats up enough to burn your legs so it technically isn't a "laptop". Just joking, but seriously, it can really heat up. I bought it for gaming, though, and it is a major improvement over both PS4 and Xbox systems. I play ESO and wait times are very short when "zoning" on the Dell compared to the consoles.

I went into the store planning on buying one model computer but talked with Joe and decided on another. I have talked with Joe a few times now and he has without a doubt been great to talk to, friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Because of Joe and some of the past interactions I have had in the store with him, I specifically went to the store hoping he would be in there to discuss the purchase I was about to make. We discussed the specs I needed, and he led me to a computer I was not considering (similar prices, no up sell). I am now two days in with this computer and so far, there has been no complaints. I have been completely satisfied with my purchase. My goal was to play Call of Duty Vanguard. I have been online several times now. This computer has not let me down. I cannot speak for a long-term experience. The initial reaction after one weekend is satisfaction and joy. I have not left a review in years. I felt with my interactions at the store and this purchase, it was finally time to leave one.

Great laptop! Plays all the games you like without any hiccups.

We originally wanted to be cheap and buy a $250 laptop for my GAMER SON. Huge error! Nothing worked on that one. We then bought this piece of wonderful laptop and my son is amazed in its graphics and speed. He is absolutely happy with it and uses it every single day!

Amazing, though I would absolutely upgrade the RAM if you are able and have the skill. It took me like 20 minutes, and i've never done it before. Battery life is terrible, expect to use this as a portable sit-down computer near a plug.

Good product for the price rather than buying an expensive Dell precision series for CAD working, this laptop has great performance with 32 GB of RAM (Additional add-on)

Gets hot fast, but does the job well! Best Buy screwed my mom out of her money so she couldn't buy the one we wanted, but this was a great xmas present for me! So happy to have her!

This was my first gaming laptop and after about a year it still works like new.The only downside is the 8gb ram but thats an easy fix

The computer was purchased for my son. He still has it and it work really well. On some of the higher tier games it ran slow but he purchased more ram, so all in all a good laptop

I have now owned this for about 3 weeks. Been very happy with it so far. I did but a 2nd 8GB memory stick and inserted that right out of the gates to double up the RAM. When you crack open the case it is an alienware branded board inside. I haven't really tested it with anything to graphics intensive but happy overall. One note I did attempt to watch a movie outside on this. The monitor in normal inside conditions is great. But it really isn't bright enough to watch a movie outdoors. Even with back of the screen towards the sun it just wasn't bright enough. Not a big deal for me personally but if that's your thing you might be worth noting.

This laptop is excellent. It has fast speed and is a was a good price. I think the graphics are good and it handles more than one or two platforms with no trouble at all! I would recommend this laptop!

Excellent computer for the money. I did upgrade the ram. Plays all my games on uktra graphics. Came with the option to install Windows 10 or 11. I went with 11. Super fast boot and programs open instantly.

Laptop is good but have had some issues with it where the Windows start menu doesn't open and apps or other tools become disassociated until it gets rebooted. Haven't really played any intensive games or really even used it for anything other than usual desktop crap.

Had the laptop for two years and so far no issues at all. Works great and runs games perfectly .
