Excellent computer, has all the system requirements to run necessary work programs. Switched from MacBook. Only thing I realized is it seems to get really hot when charging.

Super Fast, quiet, easy to setup, good for many purposes

the machine is ok but there are errors about windows 11 but it's ok i don't know what else to say because it's like that so i'm saying i haven't experienced it all so i accept

I needed to update my old laptop to accommodate new photo editing software. I was looking for the best performance for the price and this gaming laptop offered the best CPU, graphics processor and memory I could find for about $1000. The only downside I have experience so far is the graphics card causing a blue screen of death on multiple occasions. That never happened with my previous laptop and integrated Intel graphics. I'm hoping a driver update will prevent this in the future.

Too major concerns, for me at least. First, the charger is heavy. How heavy? Well, I didn't weigh it, but it is heavier than my last laptop. Second, when the laptop is plugged in, it gets way too hot. Doesn't matter what you are doing, it heats up. Here is an example, I opened it, checked email, then closed it, but did not turn it off or unplug it. Came back an about an hour later and the laptop and charger were too hot to handle. Used a towel to disconnect the laptop and unplug the charger. This is going to burn down houses. I don't think you could even get through one Zoom meeting or online teaching session, not to mention if you are a gamer and spend hours online. The battery life is also very short. Now that I have to use it unplugged, I've noticed that it drains really fast. I used it for about 2 hours (not streaming or other heavy use, just uploading documents, checking email and social media) and it was at 48% when I finished. If it hadn't taken 2 1/2 days to get fully set up for my needs, I would be taking this back. I love Dell. This was a huge disappointment.

Battery is not good but I am satisfied with the overall performance

graphics are good and not choppy. great intro gaming computer and large enough to run college CAD programs

when i ordered it got delivered fast just a days and this is a very reliable company and the computer came with everything nothing broken everthing came how it was supposed to be and the performance is amazing

So far its been a great computer can run just about anything and everything i throw at it, can be loud but thats expected with a gaming laptop, overall great for the price

Great laptop, I used it for graphic design and some gaming. Never had any issues, doesn't get too hot. The best laptop I've ever had.

Was looking at it for 1500 then went on sale for about 1000 and some change. Couldn’t pass it up, it came really fast and everything’s been great with it.

Had a small probkem of the computer locking up. Best buy fixed it in 15 min. And so far so good. I love tge speed and vivid colors.

I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase! The thermal management is great as well as the graphics. I upgraded from my G7 that had an RTX2060 which ran hot and struggled with MW2. I have the graphics set to high now and the temps stay down, plus no more lag when initially starting a multiplayer match. I highly recommend this computer if you want a budget friendly mid to high end gaming laptop. Buy it, you know you want too!

It gets super hot even when its idling, browsing, its powerful but just too noise with FAN at max, if not , the CPU GPU gets 110F even idling. The adapter is Huge 330W while others use about 170w - 230W for this level

Its a fast and it runs pc games really good also the fans arent to loud also has been great as my class laptop

I have had this laptop for over a month and I really like it, HOWEVER when it is in sleep mode or just idling, it gets really hot. It doesn't get hot streaming a movie or surfing the net or using photoshop - just in sleep mode and idling. I disabled a number of 'startup' programs from automatically running and this helped a little bit. It is brand new - the vents are not dusty or clogged. I have never had this happen with any other laptop I have ever owned. If it persists, I will (reluctantly) return it.
