I have worked in I.T. for a decade and a half in Dell environments and have never had as many issues as I have had with this device. First two weeks with the device and dozens of system and software crashes ranging from simply signing in and full system crash, full system crash from web browser usage, full system crash from Lightroom usage, and lots of software and game crashes. Nvidia support blames Dell, Dell support runs through everything I already told them I did then says nothing is wrong. Do an OS reinstall and test it some more.

its a good gaming laptop with good specs too , the only thing bad about this laptop is the speakers are actually so bad and the quality of the speakers are terrible so thats something just to keep in mind if you care about that, and this laptop does have another empty ssd, but its only for 30mm SSDs.And it does have 3 usb ports only too but I do like the laptop alot.It doesn't really heat up too alot if you want to game on this obviously buy a laptop cooler it don't cost much and I always have this laptop plugged in when on the game too.

This is the worst laptop I have ever seen and the reason I will never consider purchasing from dell again. The laptop is listed as having a six hour battery life and you are lucky if the battery gets to two hours, dell will not do anything about this and now I'm stuck with an expensive and heavy piece of plastic if you want to play games seek any other device because this is a good way to waste your money.

      Dear GregorioO,

We value your feedback and want to thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your Dell 16 13th Generation Gaming Laptop. We sincerely apologize for the battery performance issues you have encountered with your laptop. This is not the type of feedback we like to hear from our customers, or the type of product Dell intends to deliver. Feedback like yours helps us improve our current and future products.

Battery operating time varies depending on operating conditions and can significantly reduce under certain power-intensive conditions. Below, I have provided steps with the full article that can help you improve the battery performance of your laptop.

      1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
      2. On the options list, click Power Options.
      3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 11 has a built in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.

      a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
      b) If running Cortana then type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
      c) Turn Battery Saver On or Off.
      d) Additional settings available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
      e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
      f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize further Battery Saver feature.
