I haven't gamed much on it but i have run some on it. and it has run them no problem. I dont like that a lot of the settings in the radeon soft ware are blocked off so that you cannot adjust them. no overclocking no tweaking the settings at all. The 256GB ssd is tiny will have to upgrade to a bigger one soon. it is a good computer over all but not enough ram or storage space. you will have to upgrade them unless you are very minimalist with it.

Good Laptop Overall!

There have only been a few small hiccups relating to updating drivers and other small things that are easily fixed with a little research and Dell's Support Assist feature. It gets very warm during extended use, but cools off incredibly quickly thanks to the thermal cooling. Most games ran very smoothly with moderately high graphics. Very good for the price overall!

For the price, a blazing fast computer for general

I picked up three and each user has reported how impressed they are with them. Keep in mind general use, internet browsing, email, dropbox, navigating a remote desktop are a breeze. We are not performing anything too intensive, but I believe these computers would handle those impressively well.

Since he needed a laptop for school, figured you get him one with games too. Only issue I have had so far, is the upload at the beginning. There was no notice of a progress or that it would take a while, but it felt like it was stuck at this point (almost like it was frozen). After about 3 hours of waiting, it got past that and we were able to continue. Needless to say he loves it and all it’s features.
