We bought this laptop to replace one that finally died and we couldn't be happier! Easy to use, great features, and does all we need and more. We use it to store photos and files, surf the web, and even for a little gaming. Would definitely recommend.

My recent purchase of a DELL G5 laptop to replace my previous DELL laptop went smoothly. The GEEK squad downloaded the programs and data onto the new machine expertly. The G5 is a great improvement, both faster and the display is excellent. I highly recommend this machine and Best Buy

Great value for the price. My wife loves it. I would recommend it.

Overall handled all the games i wanted to play at above 60fps on high/high-medium. The screen i pretty okay, worked for watching videos and games. Battery was surprisingly good when not gaming, i got about 6 hours or so. There was a big issue for me though that bumped it down 1 star. None of the new bios or dirvers were installed.

Great product the only helpful people are the salesman who helped me pick this out. I had to get it because Geek Squad had to help me get my other computer fixed under the protection plan but really couldn’t help me at all and wasn’t very kind customer service with Geek Squad 0/5 but the salesman helped me find the cheapest computer for the best price!

Overalll, very happy with the device. Its still fairly new, so in my experience, time will tell how happy i remain. I feel its a tad high on the price, but it does provide great quality gaming. Im an old school gamer (EQ, EQ2, etc), so im definitely able to play at a higher quality settings without losing much performance.

Purchased for kiddos online school. Very pleased with performance.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this laptop. I have a monitor connected so I can use both screens. It randomly but not much will blue screen and restart. I play WoW: Shadowlands on it and get 60fps most of the time in dungeons and questing on good settings and 1080p.

My son saved his money and bought this laptop for gaming. He gives it great reviews and says it runs everything he wants to play without any issues. It was an open box that had a scratch that was basically unnoticeable. The BB employee had to point it out to us.

At least they tried. Do not buy this laptop unless you can get it open box for less than $500. Even then you're better off with a 1660ti machine. Idles at 75c. 99c while browsing the web.

Great and easy to use Would recommend for everine

This machine is great! It does get hot at times when playing games but if you get a good laptop cooler it can def bring it down 5 deg celsius. Highly recommend for first gamig laptop because at these prices it cant be beat.

Grabbed this laptop for $580 what a deal by itself! It was a shelf display needed a charger ($40) and have been mining ETH @ 34.5 mh/s so it makes about $50 a month. Hoping to have half of it paid off.

Great Laptop! I actually had to purchase this for work because I needed the speed of the processor and it’s fantastic. I’ll always look for an open box deal in the future because I got a great machine for a great price.

Though gaming machines are notorious for running hot, when this one is used for the "tame" stuff, like writing or Facebook, it works just great. The non-glare screen and backlit keyboard make for pleasurable use.
