She spoke with one of the employees there and said what she needed it for and what she does and this was on of the ones recommended to her. After browsing a bit she chose this one. It works as described and is more than enough for what she needs for at work. Storage is the perfect amount and everything on the laptop runs smoothly.

When we went back, the only solution they offered was for us to go buy the correct one through Dell. They admitted it was their fault but said they couldn’t fix it.

Requires lots of setup and finding the right BIOS from Dell. Crashes often and unreliable. Feels a bit cheap as well. Only buy if you like tinkering with your purchase.
