The dell Inspiron is a great laptop deal. Plenty of ram to power through you tasks and a fast processor is great along with the nice 4K screen. Although I really enjoy this laptop it does have its flaws. The laptop can get extremely hot over extended use on performance mode which as a result drains the battery very quickly as well with the fans which can get loud.

Pros: good size, not heavy, good battery, fast. Cons: The stylus never charged or worked despite getting several replacements from Dell and the touch pad is very sensitive so the cursor jumps. Sometimes the touch screen doesn't work. Definitely test out the stylus and make sure it works.

I try to keep my personal machine more powerful than my office one. The last one had served well for 7 years. This one has amazing speed, the key pad is super responsive and tight, 4K screen clarity great and the amazing part is the audio which gives a feeling of surround sound. Never had a laptop audio sound so great on the headphone. Absolute clarity on meetings.

I was searching for a great tablet/2in1 for drawing purposes and some basic graphic design. This, so far, has been pretty impressive. The built in stylus holder/charging dock is great, and the pen delivers pretty close to accurate line test results. Slight jitter with slow smooth lines, but for the most part its pretty clean. I tested two other pens for backup purposes and I got very poor results. So the one that comes with this seems to be the best one so far. If you have a wacom tablet to plug into the 4k screen you can get 100% accuracy when drawing. Its not too heavy, gets a little warm with long use or heavy use, size is perfect. For the most part, this was perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

The fans in this computer are SO loud. My peers around comment on the noise and it is embarrassing. I have gotten comments such as, "It sounds like a rocketship taking off". The computer will be blowing at full blast when I am performing the simplest of tasks such as having Chrome open or editing a Word Document. I can actively hear a disk scratching noise inside, and the computer itself gets very very hot. I love the computer. Love that it is a touch screen, comes with the stylus, is the perfect weight to stick it in my bag and carry it with me wherever I go. I am super impressed with the quality of the screen and the speakers are great. The battery lasts 6-7 hours. The front facing camera quality I am not crazy about. It makes you look a little orange and requires a lot of light for a good image. Overall the computer is exactly what I need I am just worried about the fans and temperature.

This compact laptop is packed with features and very powerful. The 4K has excellent picture quality. Pen is a plus and very useful. Love the size like using a chrome book. Would recommend to anyone as comparable to a Mac book with extras

The size was perfect. I like it when the keys light up when using it. It basically does everything, touch screen, screen folds over to make it like a tablet, and has a pen. Its slim for easy transport. This laptop is a hotrod.

I bought this one open box excellent certified. It been a month since I am using. Love it good battery life, 4k displays and lightweight. Perfect for my need. Pen works great. Sometimes fan can be very noisy.

The computer is excellent. The display is very sharp and is very light yet powerful. With the discount, it's a very good deal. However, the customer service at BestBuy was very disappointing! BestBuy sent me a text message to tell me my order was ready for pickup. When I got there in the afternoon, it wasn't even at the store! Tried to talk to the manager, a supervisor showed up instead. To make the matter worse, the supervisor didn't even talked to me and explained to me what happened. Just talked to the representative and walked away as if I was transparent! Very unprofessional!

Very impressed with the compact size and amount of features of this laptop for the price. Only concern is that it gets warm very quickly so will have to be careful to use it sitting at a desk instead of sitting on a couch, etc to allow the air vents to be unblocked. Overall great buy so far!

Excellent computer. The screen and performance is great. Only down side is the battery life. You can go for 5-6 hours watching videos. It is 2021 and battry life should last longer than that.

I purchased this laptop for my son's remote learning. He's in 7th grade. This laptop is more than enough and exceeded my expectations. It looks very nice. Good/convenient size, and very fast.

Fast. Plenty of Ram 16 gig. Excellent sharp screen. Battery life is fair... Lasts me ~4-5 hours with extensive internet data transmission.

Very good laptop at the price but the only downsize is we are hearing fan sound a lot which can be irritating . Since i got with a good offer i feel its worth it.

Great laptop, got as excellent condition in open box. Can’t complain the laptop has a fast processor, features and options any user wants. Only reason I knocked a point is the fan starts up too frequently and is loud compared to others.
