I bought this 13.3 inch laptop to replace my 15 inch one that was having problems. It's a solid device. It handles multi-tasking well. I wish it came in other colors. A slate black laptop color feels dated. Fingerprint button is in an odd placement.

I intended to use this as a lab machine, to demo security services to clients. It's so good from a spec perspective, with the flexibility to be a tablet or everyday device that I'm rethinking that.
It is fast, has a ton of storage and memory, and has a reasonable number of ports. It would have been nice to see a second USB-C port, but that's about it.
Pros: Fast, Great Spec, Pen included, USB-C can be used as a power input.
Cons: Not enough ports. (That said, it's a 13.3" laptop.)

This is great laptop. Just need the configuration what i wanted.
The 2 in 1 and 4k resolution are working great. Optane memory boots up laptop very fast and open up the programs quickly.
The Dell pen is very quick and easy for the tasks.
Light weight and easy to carry.
Dell cinema is excellent and great for watching movies.
The battery life shortens little because of the 4k, but thats expected when purchased
Other than battery the laptop is awesome.

Great laptop. Can't beat the functionality and power in a 2 in 1 laptop of this size. Great price point too. I have been using this laptop for work for a while now and haven't had a single issue with it. Fast start up, great multi tasking ability without having to lug around a huge desktop replacement laptop. Not a gaming computer, as it has a pretty standard graphics card, but definitely will take care of most computing tasks easily.

Liking my new computer so far. I haven’t had the opportunity to utilize the pen yet. My only issue thus far is that sometimes the mouse doesn’t seem to recognize and controlling the cursor becomes a short term problem.

I was originally looking for a MacBook but came across this laptop and im so glad I chose this over the MacBook. Its literally the same price but I love how you can do so much more with this laptop vs others. I like that it came with a stylus and the 4k UHD is a huge plus. I use this laptop for school and due to covid, a lot of my exams are monitored. So its nice to have a laptop thats capable of doing everything I need it to do. Highly recommend.

Picked this up a month ago on an open box special for 569 with 2 year warranty it was only 800. Was missing the pen but got an active pen for 50. So for the cost of a an older model or something not 4 k this was a great deal. I am extremely happy with it, screen and resolution are great. It does run a bit hot but considering everything thats packed in to the small frame its to be expected. Battery life isnt great but its 4K.

The computer is great. The HD screen is great for zoom meetings! The only negative thing I would say is battery life. It’s not bad it’s not great. I get about 2 hours worth of screen time, otherwise a great laptop!

The screen quality is great and it has a lot of functions packed into a small body. However, it heats pretty fast and it does not run music production software as well as it should, given the specs.

Purchased this as a laptop for my wife at home. It is powerful enough to act almost as a desktop when hooked up to a large monitor, keyboard and mouse. Also, very good batter life and light enough to be a good mobile computer. So far, the only thing we would have changed would be to have more than 1 USB port. We had to purchase an inexpensive 4-port USB hub. But other than that, we love this laptop!

Had a Dell XPS, was told this Inspiron was the equivalent. It is not. But it is also $300-400 less. Plus side, it has better connections for HDMI and usb, but it is significantly heavier. As a traveler, that is a big negative, but it does feel more robust and compared to typical laptops is still pretty lightweight.
