This laptop is amazing! It’s small enough to take anywhere and it’s lightning fast.

Fast laptop for a decent price. Started getting a failure notice that the fan was malfunctioning only a couple of months after purchasing. Hopefully Geeksquad can help with that.

This computer is great! It's super fast, easy to use, and the versatility of it essentially being a tablet and a computer is awesome. Great stylus. It was annoying that we needed a Windows computer for some software we have, but this makes it less annoying! I'm about to buy another one for a different department. For the functionality and price it doesn't get much better than this!

I’ll go ahead and give this a five star because the product is really great, the description didn’t say it was missing the pen only said that it had minor scratches which it didn’t, but this dell is pretty nice I have had MacBook and had to sell my last one and I needed a computer and got this one open box for a good price and I am pretty amazed.

given 4 coz I am returning this one. It battery really heats up while plugged in and uncomfortable to type or place your hands on the keyboard. I am sure it is just a bad piece as a Laptop, it shud be bearable. Love the laptop and would definitely recommend it. Check out the current promotions/deals to save more. I saved $300 on this deal.

Love my new 13.3” I7 Dell Inspiron 2 In 1. Very fast and the 4K resolution is outstanding! Only drawback is that it does run hot when plugged in.

This laptop is very versatile; it's fast and packed with features. There are only two areas of concern: 1) the fan runs often and the sound is noticeable, 2) it does get HOT after extended use. Otherwise, performance is excellent! I most often use this device for graduate school and general use (email, streaming, etc).

Bought this for our son to take to school for BYOD. Good size, easy to use, stands up to a high school boy taking it daily to classes.

I really enjoy this laptop. It's very light and sleek with a beautiful display. The keyboard travel is great, so if you're a college student who has to type a lot of papers, this is for you. The stylus housing is super handy, I dont have to worry about misplacing the stylus when not using. Overall great value.

This is the best laptop which I had so far, great creation from Dell. I love this product like anything. Greta performance, stylish power start and great keyboard. It also gives high fi feeling as it is 4K. Screen tome is good, battery is also good. I recommend this master piece.

First of all ,Best Buy offers a neat and a quick standard delivery . I am pretty much satisfied with the purchase . The laptop looks sleek and classy with a magnetic pen stylus hinge makes it more comfortable . The fan sound is a bit loud and it’s shouldn’t be a problem

I had the last generation of the Inspiron 7000 2 in 1 so when my sister asked what laptop she should get for work, it was an easy answer. This thing is the most bang you can get for the buck; and it's easily upgradable. The screen, processor, and features are second to none.

This laptop so far works good. I have over a month wuth it. Had a glitch recently got frozen and i had to force it to shut down. So far this happened only once. I need to buy a laptop case to protect it from falling or getting hit. Hopefully this,will last me about 10 years with not problems like the last one i have. The battery life seem to last about 5 hours or more depending what you are using it for. Nothing is perfect so I'm giving it 4 starts.

This laptop is fast and a good size and weight. The included stylus is nice and it stores conveniently.
