    Great 2 in 1 laptop , is quick,slick, light and easy to use and powerfull. I love the ability to write in the screen with the included pencil and it's convinient slot for placement. The crisp UHD display is great for high def and 4k videos.

    Great size, great screen, great keyboard. Had some issues with Bluetooth connectivity but a full shut down and restart seems to have fixed the connection. Pen included works well, I don’t have a use for tablet mode but functions well. Fast and crisp.

    Got this laptop on sale. Very quiet even running Fortnite's new performance mode, I average 60 FPS when running at 900p and 90% scaling. Also plays minecraft at a smooth 60 fps when in 1080p. The 4K display is great for videos and netflix.

    This is the 3rd Inspiron I have purchased. It's light, easy to use and does everything I asks. I do wish it had 2 USB slots (it only has one). Set up was virtually painless (as transferring all your stuff goes).

    Needed to purchase a new laptop for my major. This laptop is great! I love that it can turn into a tablet. The one downside is that it has issues running autoCAD which is disappointing because I brought my requirements to Best Buy and this is the laptop they suggested after looking at it...

    With 16gb memory and 32gb Optane, the computer is blazing fast for a workstation. Only complain I have about all Dell laptops is their touch-pad is annoyingly sensitive even when adjusted for minimal sensitivity from within Windows settings.

    Good laptop for school and some light gaming. This is pretty fast and comes with the usual Dell bloatware. I would suggest a clean windows install but it does the job.

    computer is good, but found out later I did not need to buy a replacement laptop. What the Geek Squad said about my laptop not able to fix or copy the information out was not correct. I took my computer to another repair store and they got all information out, quickly and waiting for board to fix my computer. Disappointed and expensive.

    Great buy. Works well for business and personal use. The fingerprint log-in does not always work but an overall good computer. It performs better than my ASAS. I work with large data sets, and the computer's performance continues to work fast. The tablet function could be better. I would recommend with 4.5 stars.
