Grabbed this on an open-box deal so only had the laptop and charger. So far it has worked great with no issues. It's not going to be a great gaming/AutoCad/video editing powerhouse but if you're checking email and watching Netflix it's more than sufficient. Sidenote: if you have problems with the keyboard and TouchPad out of the box, don't flip out. You just need to do your updates to catch the driver. Minor annoyance, but not a deal breaker if you're even slightly tech savvy.

Great travel laptop. Very fast. I find myself using it more around the house instead of sitting at my desk. Highly recommend.

got this for mi'lady and she really liked it. One thing that did not meet expectations was the availability of the smart pen. Online reviews suggested there would be one but it turns out that providing the pen and providing for a storage space for it has been discontinued. This was a deal killer for us, but for most folks we know, it won't matter. The lenovo 13' model has a pen included but is more expensive..

Has a pretty good touchscreen and is quick to start up. The fingerprint scanner can be a bit spotty, so you either have to put in multiple fingerprints or remember both which finger you scanned and what area of the finger you scanned. ( Ex: Middle of thumb vs. top of thumb ) When you fold the keyboard back and put it into touch-screen mode, it sometimes has issues w/ flipping the screen.

I’ve only had it a couple weeks but so far so good. I purchased the laptop so I could access my work while out of town. My computer service told me I needed at least an i5 processor. This was the most affordable one and it meets all expectations. We even were able to download Fortnite on it and it runs without any flaws. Love the touch screen as well. Would definitely recommend.

I have had issues from day one in which it will crash after sleep mode for more than a few hours, and have been working with Dell to get it fixed. Other than that, it works great, and I love it! The keyboard does take some time getting used to, but it's light and sleek design allows me to carry it wherever I need! I love the touchscreen and tablet mode too!

Nifty 2 in 1 from HP. Better storage when compared to surface and other laptops of the same price and similar specs. Have had some issues with touch screen, have had to restart to make it work again. Pen support is limited, still working the kinks of improving accuracy. Overall its a pretty good running machine if you're looking for an affordable, realiable 2 in 1.

The computer is very good. It works extremely well however, it overheated too quickly, within a span of 5minutes.. The keyboard became extremely hot and burned my fingers. Sometimes, the computer would freeze and shut down. I returned it and exchanged it for a new one but I had the exact same problem. Returned it again and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Alpha flex.

Starts up very quickly . I enjoy the touch screen and the tablet mode. Excellent storage capacity.

Performance is great and a good look. Battery drains quicker though.
