Bought his laptop for my mom. I had previously owned an XPS 13, and I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality on this inspiron model. It was almost as sleek as the XPS. Other than form factor the laptop performs well, even though the battery life could be better. I also wish they offered a stylus garage on all models, not just the black series (there was no place for a stylus on this model)

It is a 13.3 " Touch screen with 512 GB SSD. So far, it is performing very good. Owing to the size, you will have only one set of number keys. Unlike the bigger laptops, which will have a number set on the far right, that is missing in this. Other than that, it is a gem. Even that I am used to after few days. If you are using an extra screen, can save a lot of money by buying this laptop.

Had the computer for 1 1/2 months when it began heating up. Took to Best Buy for a checkup and had to be sent back to Dell for a new battery. This is the second Dell in three years to have battery problems. Over all it works well, but still concerned. Was without computer for over a month.

I bought this computer for my business as I needed to switch over to scanning products. This computer can handle the capacity. The only complaint I have is it's windows and crashes in the middle of the program. Normal right? Anyway. Its small and convenient and I like the touch screen

I bought this laptop for my 17 yr. old daughter after she kept having issues with a similar HP laptop. She chose this particular model because of it's size and she prefers touchscreen. She mainly uses it for school on Zoom and Schoology and she has had no issues with it whatsoever. This is our first Dell product and we are very pleased with it.

Well built, quality 2 in 1. Excellent as a tablet or laptop. Only wished the silver models came with the pen dock, but the value was worth skipping over that feature. I have two inspiron 7000 series, this and another with the pen dock and 4k. This one has a longer battery life in lieu of the 4k. Despite that it's 1080p, the pixel density is still decent given the screen is only 13". No major cons, but if you're looking for one to use primarily for art or media, I recommend the 4k variants.

Windows OS is one of the worst things to deal with with the constant updating. But the PC itself is great. It's everything I've needed for work. Battery life is okay depending on the programs you're using or if you're watching anything.

Great resolution on display. Solidly built. Good price. I had difficulty in getting it programed, not a lot of help for Dell and almost no user-manual or internet support. I find it ability to communicate with my wi-fi much more tenuous than my ipads or iphones.

The Dell is a very good laptop, but lacks USB outlets with only one. Other than that it seems to be a very useful machine. I also noticed a lack of illumination on the keyboard without ambient light. The lit up key just don't seem to be all that much.
