I love this laptop. I am a nursing student and needed something reliable and faster than my old toshiba laptop. This is very light weight laptop which makes it more comfortable to sit in my lap and work on.

The laptop operating fairly, when it is charging it has heavy turboboost fan start giving noise. And because of this the laptop it gets really hot, sometimes it causes to sudden shutoff. This laptop is not even for office use, but it is for using seldom light operation. Other than that it is touchscreen, lightweight, converitable as a tablet use, lightning keyboard, fingerprint.

This is a great little laptop but for one thing. It has a lighted keyboard yes but the keyboard is silver so the light is of little help in a lighted area. Now if the lights were red or some other color that would stand out in the silver keys that would be ok. But the answer really would be a black keyboard. If you don't know where the letters on the keyboard are you are in trouble. Fortunately i took typing way back in high school. The tablet mode does solve that problem but so far I haven't figured out a way for the keyboard to come up automatically when entering data.

I found the computer to be very good, except for 2 - to me - important issues. I will begin with pros... The screen was bright and sharp, and I found using the Windows color calibration worked well - producing good white balance. Keyboard action was good, and I found little flex. However, even though backlit, the keys were silver making them more difficult to see. The case is metal, but there are some edges on bottom that should have been smoothed better. Also, bottom would get quite warm under load. Updating went well. The computer is very quick loading programs and surfing web. There was one issue I could not put up with...... This computer suffered from an occasional "freeze" of cursor or scrolling. This was short - 1/2 second or less, but happened every few minutes. Did some searching and tried some of the "work arounds" from internet, but could not correct. However, this doesn't seem to affect all of these computers....Possibly I got a defective touch pad. Bottom line, if this is not an issue for your computing needs, this is an excellently performing laptop at this price point

Nice speedy little laptop. Never thought I'd like the 2-in-1 option, but I do. Battery time could be better. Good for lite work and media consumption.

It boots really quick and pulls up everything really fast. Great purchase but wish it was at least a bit cheaper especially for broke college students.

This is the best of well all worlds. I love it as a laptop I love it as a tablet. It’s portable but large enough to use as a home computer as well. Powerful fast and sleek. It’s perfect.

Great laptop which works as a tablet. The touchscreen function is perfect . So far this laptop works great for what I need it to do. It's replacing a 9yr old Samsung which needed replacing.

Bought this for my wife because it was light, quick and versatile. Did not disappoint and this was clearly a gift she wants to keep. It also starts up quickly and has a solid battery life.

I used to carry my heavy laptop with me not until I decided to buy this laptop. I love that it's really lightweight and perfect for my everyday use: my online classes & work. I love it!

if u need long hours battery, you should use energy saver, bec the laptop it set on the performance mode, over all i satisfy this product

I actually bought this laptop for my daughter, she loves it, she especially likes the touch of the keyboard. I like the price on it because it was on sale a saving of $300.

Probably perfect for certain scenario’s like traveling. I wasn't thinking of the size specs when I ordered this and it was way too small for my needs. Returning to Best Buy was easy and painless, especially considering it was my fault for overlooking the dimensions of it. I ended up getting it’s full sized brother the same day as the return. They're both fine laptops, this one was just a bit too small for me.

I bought this laptop because my son needed it for high school. It is working fine and he enjoys the touch screen. So far so good.
