    Fan makes soo much noise the first day I started charging till date. It’s only a little over a month now and still does same.

    Open Box - Excellent- NOT!!

    Excellent description for open box is not this. Additionally, the laptop was shipped loosely in a box with no bubble wrap. Literally flopping around in a box during shipment. My job has shipped used laptops in better packaging. This is absurd.

    The computer is brand new and the battery is bad. I bought it for the fact that i could use it on my trip out of the country, for work. First thing I do is boot it up. And it doesn't even take a charge.

    Cheap build

    Ive had this laptop for 2 years and at the time i spent $700. It has never been out of my house i keep it in a case and only use it on a ventable area. I opened it up one day and heard a cracking noise. The bottom right part of the screen literally came out of the frame and damaged the screen. And all i did was open the lap top like normal. Its clearly made of cheap parts if its going to start falling apart after only 2 YEARS. $700 for 2 years of use, i feel like i got scammed. Do not buy this laptop.

    Don't but - faulty hinges

    Just don't buy any 2 in 1 from Dell, this one broke in the half just outside of warranty and dell trying to charge me $60 just to look at it, just another 60 in the ditch, hinges don't bent right and one side will lock earlier then another and you will have cracked screen just like mine

    great laptop but DO NOT BUY DESIGN FLAW

    I bought a laptop very similar to this one just the older version with the 5500u cpu. it was a great laptop until the hinge broke and caused the screen to crack, leaving me with a fragile laptop without functioning touch. do not buy a 2 in 1 from dell due to this design flaw.

    I had bought this laptop for college but after 4 months of using it for school work it began to act up to the point where i could no longer use it since it would shut off out of the blue. Then I took it back to Best buy and they said since it has no warranty they were going to charge me 350 to diagnose it and thats not including any repairs. I advice you to choose another laptop that would actually work.

    This computer is allegedly refurbished but seems like they took it from the old customer, sprayed it with anti-fungal/anti-bacterial spray and repackaged it. It even had the old customer’s name still in the log in despite us have to “install everything.” Best Buy should be ashamed of itself for this! Thank goodness I bought a warranty.

    This computer has been no better than a hunk of trash. Shortly after purchasing, I can barely get the computer to load the login page, let alone do any work on it. It's very slow, constantly crashes, and takes restarting several times to get it working. Completely unusable and a waste of my money.

    The laptop has poor performance. I returned the fist purchase due to overheating and spontaneously shutting off within first few days of use. The replacement did the save thing. I’m returning that one too. The laptop was loud with its fan from overheating. I only used it for browsing online and only downloaded Microsoft word.

    Worst Laptop Yet

    Biggest piece of garbage I have ever had the displeasure of using. Two months after getting this laptop it started having issues including but not limited to the keyboard randomly stops working, the mousepad randomly stops working, the speakers will crackle if you use volume over a 4 (the second to last lowest setting), the fingerprint reader doesn't work half the time, and it takes forever for stuff to load. Best Buy won't anything either so don't even bother trying to get your money back. They just care about selling you a crappy product and taking your money.

    Dell Laptop It came preloaded with Microsoft Edge and I had to go to a Best Buy and have a Geek Sqad teck delete Edge and add Google. This is one of those circumstances that the Teck companies are being sued for anti-trust!!! Companies that aid them deserve the same.

    Did not come with recovery disc

    Do not purchase, operating system error happened and i have to pay $250 to fix not even 4 months with Laptop. Now Geek Squard will fix for $180. Again do not purchase this laptop it is not worth it.

    Open box and geek squad

    I purchased this laptop it was open box product. When it arrived I tried to set it up. The WiFi system wasn't working on it. Now mind you I just bought and called geek squad with the problem. I was told I would have to pay 200 dollars for them to fix. I was highly upset set. Then I called Best Buy they me I could bring it and get a refund or exchange it. I drove an hour and 1:45 minutes to exchange for an Acer Chromebook Plus.

    Terrible computer. I went to the Geek squad for help just trying to do the initial sign ins. The computer would freeze up completely and stop loading programs. Even after getting help from Geek Squad the computer stopped recognizing the internet connection. I read up on this make and model and many complaints about it randomly stopping or kicking out the internet connection. So I returned this crappy computer. I have used Dell computers for over 20 years but this one is total junk.

    Terrible laptop even though I did "My Research"

    New laptop, keeps freezing with errors. I can't return it even though it's three months old. Return window was only a few weeks. They must have sold me a defective laptop.

    I purchased a Dell laptop. I have had issues with it. Your Geek squad has not been helpful. I have scheduled time with them and was told they are too busy to help me. I’ll think twice before buying another one from this store
