This laptop is fast , efficient and great to work with. I have no issues with this laptop yet. Only thing that I didn't like about this laptop is mouse touchpad, It is not smooth as compared to other laptops I used. Other than that fantastic configuration, speed and good looking laptop.

This Inspiron is a fantastic value! I usually purchase Latitudes for my office, but they were experiencing production delays, so I decided to take a look at a similar Inspiron, and I am very impressed. For less than half the price of the business laptop, this machine has all the same specs, and is a tablet as well. I was especially curious how the build quality matched up, and I have to say I can't really tell the difference, as it's very well made. The only gripe is the touch pad with built-in buttons, which is not the best I have used.

Finally invested in a quality laptop since I’m going to school for architectural drafting, this runs large software with no issues and the storage is great. Battery life is about 6 hours though which sucks.

I ordered this online for delivery. There was significant damage to the box (and laptop itself) upon arrival and I was nervous about reporting it. However, the agent I worked with over the phone had no issues shipping another laptop and I was able to return the damaged one back to the local store after receiving the replacement with no issues. The laptop itself works very well. It was purchased for one of my kids college classes. Fast startup, good image and typing quality and runs fairly cool. It's plugged in most of the time, so no comments on battery life. Has the typical Dell bloatware, but that's easy enough to take care of.

Great laptop, but comes with the risks of working with Dell - make sure to disable automatic updates (for BIOS especially) and do research before installing updates on the laptop. I’m currently having to restore my BIOS because of a bad Dell update after the laptop worked perfectly for one month. Other than that, it’s great, especially for the price point!

Bought it for traveling and doing web design. Great little laptop. fires if quick and handles all the softwares well.

This laptop is excellent ..crisp clear screen, speed is fast, slim design and styling is excellent.

I think the computer is awesome. I have long workdays and tend to open hundreds of tabs, apps, and files, and it has worked pretty well. The only thing I have trouble with is projecting on another screen, it gets pretty slow.

It’s a good computer no doubt, however it freezes every time I’m watching Hulu or Netflix and it needs the website closed and restarted every time which is a bit of an inconvenience..

Smaller and thicker than I thought. Returned for different laptop. Don’t sure how the use is. I didn’t even turn on.

Compact, thin and light. First item received had a charger problem and was necessary to replace it. Even though this issue, configuration was a breeze. Great image and sound quality.

Great computer! No issues at this time. Fast, dependable and just the right size for all my basic needs.

I got this laptop as a replacement for another Dell laptop that I purchased 3 years ago with the Best Buy service plan. They could not repair the laptop battery and offered to replace it with a new one and with a new 3 year service plan. It was less that $200 and I got a new laptop and a new 3 year service plan. The only downside is setting everything back up on the new laptop.

Slim but powerful, v fast highly recommend for multi purpose use

There is no need to tell about the dell laptops. Everyone know that Dell company is one of the top company in the world. It’s product is being used worldwide. First, I tried hp and acer laptop but I had to return them due to its performance. Since, I got this laptop I’m so happy with its fast performance. Also, Best Buy customer service is the best. Thanks
