Great purchase. Only drawback is there is no IR camera. You can do on line zoom & such because it does have webcam. But, you can’t sign with facial recognition

Great laptop qoth lots of power, but don't be fooled... this isn't a gmaing laptop! You can save more by getting a little less power but equivalent utility.

Power went out and computer fried my computer to a point where the computer shop couldn't figure out what was wrong what needed to be fixed. He was so confused . He never seen nothing this bad..poor quality and best buy wouldn't help me . DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER .

We have only had this computer a few short weeks but it seems like it will last a while and good for our needs.

The graphics and the brightness of the screen are some of of the amazing qualities that this computer has.

The laptop can be glitchy at times. I would power it up, but the keyboard would not activate. I've had it for a year and it's happened quite a few times. Also, if you plan to get the BB Total Plus Membership, make sure you keep paying it. Don't cancel it for any reason even if it offers separate protection because you will not be able to reinstate the membership. And you will lose ALL protection I'm not happy with Best Buy nor their membership policies and don't care to purchase anything else from them.

I purchased this laptop with the attention on making sure it works for school and work purposes and I must say I love it.

I think it’s a great computer for the price. There are features that I am not crazy about. Cut & paste is not an easy task on this computer.

This laptop is great for recreational use of internet and office. I love the speed and clarity on screen.

The outside of the laptop was dirty; the screen was dirty; while configuring it, it crashed a couple of times. I tried to perform a factory reset, and it wouldn't... There was no charger included; in summary, I had to return it, since it did not even work properly. Best buy says Open box items are "Geek Squad Verified. Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." This time at least.... the item missed the mark terribly.

Fast accurate. Printer and Internet good. Touchscreen is awesome.
