I think it’s a great computer for the price. There are features that I am not crazy about. Cut & paste is not an easy task on this computer.

The graphics and the brightness of the screen are some of of the amazing qualities that this computer has.

The outside of the laptop was dirty; the screen was dirty; while configuring it, it crashed a couple of times. I tried to perform a factory reset, and it wouldn't... There was no charger included; in summary, I had to return it, since it did not even work properly. Best buy says Open box items are "Geek Squad Verified. Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." This time at least.... the item missed the mark terribly.

The laptop can be glitchy at times. I would power it up, but the keyboard would not activate. I've had it for a year and it's happened quite a few times. Also, if you plan to get the BB Total Plus Membership, make sure you keep paying it. Don't cancel it for any reason even if it offers separate protection because you will not be able to reinstate the membership. And you will lose ALL protection I'm not happy with Best Buy nor their membership policies and don't care to purchase anything else from them.

I love everything about this laptop except for the inability to connect with an Ethernet supply.

Fast accurate. Printer and Internet good. Touchscreen is awesome.

This new Dell laptop is a million times better than my last laptop. I love all the technological updates and that it's even touch screen. I do miss my side keys with numbers, but it is so much better overall.

I received this computer in a severely damaged box. When I attempted to exchange the computer, Best Buy would not honor the sales price on the exchange. They required a return and purchase at full price for the exchange. Absolutely terrible service! I decided to keep the computer since it was functioning. A few weeks later they placed it on sale again! Unbelievable! Even though the computer was slightly dented from the damaged box, luckily, it is still working fine after a month of use. In summary, computer is Good, Best Buy service is Terribly Corrupt!!
