    Seems like a Nice Computer, but the Open Box -Excellent one I bought was in poor condition at best. It had a crack and dent and arrived in a plain box wirh a little bubble wrap. I’ve had great experiences with Open box items in the past but this one should’ve just been scrapped…

    I bought it and used it for less than a month and it already got Bitlocker, can't do anything. In addition, I spent another $150 to fix it.

    The weight is more compared to other models at same price range. Not sure why, even with limited usage within 3 months the laptop became too slow.
