I bought this computer in October 2024 and just in April 2025 less than a year my screen is already going dark. I am deeply disappointed and will never recommend this product

Due to my lack of knowledge I had a hard time setting up my programs. Geek squad was some what helpful but I had to return several times to finish the task.

Don’t ever order delivery from Best Buy. One attempt was made and they claim they sent a message my package was undeliverable. The package looks nothing like the laptop I ordered and paid for. They lost my business and any referrals I would have made. In a sense they lost money not only for this order but my plans for other items as well. I am taking my business someplace other than them as now I’m still waiting on my money to be returned a good 2 weeks or better which is uncalled for. Unprofessional service, dishonest business practices among just a couple in going to list!!! NEVER AGAIN will I make another purchase here!!

Do not buy this laptop. I bought 3 of these laptops for my organization. I gave them to the respective employees, and all three have had issues. One of them got the Blue Screen of death and my IT team says is irrecoverable. One of the keyboards stopped working, and the other had keyboard/bluetooth issues.
I have dealt with many Dell computers and they have been great and perfect for our organization. But this model is cursed. I repeat, do not buy this model.

Had to return this one before I had completed getting it set up. The laptop was plugged in and not charging. I moved cord to different port and it started to charge the battery, but then the battery continued to drop from fully changed while in use and still plugged in. Also devices plugged into the USB-C ports kept disconnecting, so appears there was an issue with the 2 USB-C ports. Sadly returned this one and purchased a different laptop. Have not had this experience with a Dell before.

Had wifi issue since the beginning, no connection then finally got connected because i have to move it to “better” spot, i got small house, all other digital devices they all have no issues with WiFi, finally got it on, updated drivers, it’s gets little bit better , but since i need to use it for home and work , had to return it , concerned about it might got issue again, no time to dealing with issues.

Nothing but problems since I got it a 2 months ago. Best Buy wasn't much help either and wanted to charge me to have Geek Squad look at it. Will not be buying another Dell anytime soon

Had to return it. I got it all set up and then the next day it glitched and kept asking for my passkey. It wouldn’t let me sign in. Had to take it back to the store and they couldn’t figure it out so I replaced it with an HP. Very disappointed.
