Absolutely no complaints. Light weight. Vivid display, responsive and zippy little laptop. Plenty of storage. Great for school or just surfing. The battery life is adequate for my needs. It's able to handle several open programs without rapid drain. Im very happy with this purchase.

Almost a year old ..just recently had problems with the fingerprint scanner, its not reading my fingerprints, somehow it removes them. I took it in for fixing and it seem to be resolved, but next day it was back to not reading my fingerprint and removing that way of sign-in. I will be taking it back in, but other than that it's been a great laptop. I mostly just use it for school.

Dell really did a great job with the accessibility and upgrade feasibility of the internal components. Removing the back cover was fairly easy. Two ddr5 5600 ram slots instead of soldered are rare nowadays for a very portable laptop. Once putting 48gb of RAM in, large 3D CAD models can be opened and handled like a workstation. the AMD 8840HS is a little beast

The computer meets and exceeds all my expectations, it is lighyweight, fast and quite user freindly. I would highly recomend this laptop for any and all college students. The batyery life is durable enough to get the bulk of my work time completed, then the charging works in an efficient time.

Perfect size and weight compared my my old Acer 15.6-inch. I was needing something smaller that was easier to travel with. The four USB ports and SD card reader made this one perfect. It's fast and has the speed and memory I need for day-to-day computing and browsing. Shipping was next day which was fantastic for my busy schedule.

This is one of the best windows with copilot computers that I have used so far. I was lucky enough to purchase it on sale and I am very pleasantly surprised with the build quality, responsiveness and battery life. I prefer AMD chips to intel in that they run cooler and are generally less noisy. I am mostly a mac user, but I wanted to become more familiar with copilot. The track pad is large and works very well, I love the 14" size and the overall form factor. I love using the touch screen and using it in tablet mode. I spent $1599 on the 15" Microsoft Surface gen 7 which is a beautiful laptop overall, however at this stage it has many drawbacks. Although there is a touch screen, there is no pen input, and many everyday apps have to be sideloaded as they are not natively supported on the ARM chips yet. I am thinking of returning it and keeping my dell unit. This Dell laptop just works right out of the box and the blue color looks awesome too! Love it...

Totally blown away by the size, performance of this awesome little laptop. The 14 in size is optimum for mobility and the RAM/CPU and the awesome display quality is top notch. The speakers are powerful, clear. I bought this for my son going to college but now wish i bought 2 during July 4th so i can have one myself.

I use this for college. It has a good battery life and super functional. The full fold always me to use it as a tablet and take handwritten notes, or use it as a fully functional laptop.

I like it! Bought to replace my 14 yr old laptop. Guess they've made a few upgrades (lol). Loving how quick it is, how light weight. Working on understanding all the upgrades - gotten easier too. And battery life far exceeds my old one!

Excellent laptop. I got this for my wife since she wasn’t really using her 2024 M3 MacBook Air, but once she had this, she finally started enjoying her laptop! Even in its stock configuration, it performed well, but I upgraded the RAM and replaced the thermal paste with PTM7950. Now it runs games like Rust with AMD Hyper RX enabled 40-60FPS. The 8840HS processor paired with 32GB of RAM actually outperforms the Z1 Extreme chip (Outperform my ROG Ally Z1E). It’s been fantastic for schoolwork, gaming, and video editing. She finally has a laptop that can handle everything—goodbye MacBook!
