If you get a good discount ($200–$300 off), it's a great deal for office use! The only complains I have is that the fan is a bit loud when it's on, and the battery life it's not good. Besides that, everything has been great so far!

Real zippy laptop and absolutely no hesitation when moving between applications. The weight and size screen was perfect for what I needed. Keyboard layout was what I was looking for. Really nice screen clarity. Love the Dell brand, quality, reliability and the case color.

Does everything I needed it for, for me personally I mainly paid higher than what I wanted simply for the good screen, with it being a IPS panel you get a good viewing experience.

A very good laptop for my needs. It was super easy to set up as a replacement to my old laptop. So far (30 days in), it is running well. Price was excellent and more than $200 less than the 3-year-old it replaced. Streaming is solid.

I originally purchased this laptop for my first year in college but swapped out for a laptop with ultra i7, for the time I had with this computer I highly recommend. With the 14in display it’s way easier to carry around with great storage and ram.

great laptop. Only concern is the screen quality as I see pixels here and there throughout videos at least. Everything else is flexible and easy to utilize.

The product is wrll contstructed. It us user friendly. The battery life is great. It met all the needs we had for broadcasting.

It works great but initial PIN sometimes does not take the PIN until I restart the computer. Windows outlook worked perfect upon upload but now it does not allow me to log in. Thank You!!

When working properly, this laptop is phenomenal. However, I bought this as an open box item and purchased the Geek Squad protection for it. Something is wrong to where every so often the fan runs and slows down the laptop considerably to the point I can’t even operate. I purchased this laptop for school and due to the nature and intensity of my school work, I can’t risk taking it in to get looked at. Unfortunate.

I have been using this laptop for a couple of months, i gotta say this laptop is way better my old one. It runs smoothly and i feel like i can do more.

I love the fact that i can fold it in half. Gives me a tablet when I need it or a pc when i don't. The smaller size is not to bulky
