Got this for my sister's birthday, it's her first laptop and she loves it so much. She's an artist so the touch screen option is a plus for her. I have a laptop too but I'm also kind of jealous that hers look that much better than mine. Would recommend!!

The touchscreen is cool but the fans are very loud, battery life is like 6-8 hrs use time, and the touchpad is incredibly sensitive its good enough for school though.

This machine is fantastic! It's a shame that Trump's import taxes have jacked up the price so it's over $100 more now than what I paid for it, but that's no fault of the machine at all.

The laptop is a great computer with excellent quality and speed. The only drawback I’d like to highlight is the battery life. In addition, the charger tends to overheat, which is concerning. Since I’m still under warranty, I may request a new charger.

Great laptop, works well, great service, great value

I bought this laptop to replace an outdated Windows 10 unit. So far this one has met all my expectations and then some. It's fast, nice screen, and easy to type on, which is a big deal to me. Solid purchase.

I’m not computer savvy but I know how to scan a QR code. I was doing fine until I had to turn on the laptop, with no instructions or diagrams to show where the ON button is I carried it back to the store and they showed me the button (I felt stupid). Set up was easy enough I just need a basic class on operation

it’s cool, gets a bit loud when charging but you can just fix that in the settings.

The Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 14" touchscreen is a great laptop so far. The touchscreen is smooth and accurate. Battery life has been good, lasts several hours. overall, we are loving it.

Excellent product, easily converts to a table. Video is clear and sharp. Keyboard has backlight Great for paying bills and surfing the internet. Touch screen is awesome.

Great Laptop for the price. No problems from the start.

I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 for a few weeks now, and what stands out most is how smoothly it transitions between work and relaxation. I use it in laptop mode for work like spreadsheets and video calls, and switch to tent mode at night for movies. Even with many tabs open, it doesn't freeze and slow-function which used to happen a lot to my old laptop. The Dolby Atmos speakers sound good, especially for movies and music. The touchscreen is responsive and works well for browsing or quick notes. Dell ComfortView helps reduce eye strain when I watch shows for a long time. It’s slim and light enough to carry in my bag but still feels sturdy. Overall, it’s a reliable laptop that works well for both work and relaxation.

I bought this laptop for work use after the tablet with a keyboard I had been using for the last several years began to have issues. I love the fact this laptop has a keyboard permanently attached versus being an accessory and folds down when needed to be used more like a tablet with a pen for taking notes. I perceive myself using this laptop for years to come.
