    Computer came in good condition, no issues with it at all. It had a little bit of trouble at the first start up(looked like the previous hard reset hadn't finished before being shipped off to me), but set up was easy otherwise.

    I'm used to Mac programs but I bought this so I had a touchscreen option. I am still getting used to it, but overall it is user-friendly. The touchscreen doesn't always work, I often have to restart the computer to use the touchscreen option.
