I absolutely love this laptop, I was debating on the trendy brands but also wanted something reliable, intelligent and durable. I will buy this laptop over my boyfriend MacBook Pro 1million times more, I love the speed, graphic quality and touchscreen functionality. If you guys are looking to save a few 100 bucks but want a great PC this is it. I am super particular when it comes to electronics I typically prefer Appl” but this Dell right here is showing out in the best way on Appl! I love it!

I work remote and my employer provided dells for use. They performed well and held up well. My personnal purchase of the dell inspiration 14 twio in one works as expected. Programs and pages load fast and keyboard is the right size foe me. Only disappointment was it not being on sale. Best buy is a great place to shop with employees very helpful.

Great laptop. I got it on sale so it was that much better a value. It's got a great picture. I was really wanting a two in one. Has two real ram slots so it's easily upgraded. I did not give it five stars because it does not have any room for a SATA SSD, and only one mvne slot. But overall. It's very snappy with the dual channel 16 gb kit I installed. I like that the battery lasts much longer than my old laptop. Another plus is that the battery can be upgraded as well.

I purchased this computer a week ago and have been using it ever since. This computer has performed excellent. The screen is vivid and I have no problem viewing content. I use the computer for evening college classes and my work. I do not game so I cannot comment on that. I would recommend this computer as it has performed excellent and the price is much in line for a worth while purchase.

Love Everything About This Computer, weightless, slim and very fast!!!

I've had this for about a year now and it works excellently. We added extra memory on it though. If you are loading games on it it will likely need the additional memory. If you're not gaming it's probably good as is.

My wife uses this and loves it. Ive played with it and its lightning fast, the touch screen works amazing and keyboard feels great. I got this on sale which makes it even better. If you see it below 500 its a no brainer.

I love this laptop! It’s a great size, fast, the price couldn’t be beat, but most of all it’s touchscreen!!! It has plenty features and I really liked this one more than Apple.

Had for about a week now. Setup was easy, Dell has been on top of this for a long time. Fast and was able to go into settings and address a complaint others have had with the fan noise. There is a Dell setting to reduce the noise and it works very well, squelching the concern. Added 2024 Office Standard and 2024 Visio Pro with no issue, expeditiously. Not enough time in on the battery to provide a solid answer, display is great, backlight seems necessary these days and it works quite well. Bought at $399, feeling pretty good so far.

I wanted a relatively inexpensive laptop for light business use. This fits that bill very well. Great speed and design for the price. Feels a bit heavy for its size, but it appears solid/well built. I’m very satisfied.

It's a really good laptop, I can draw nicely with the large space. Watching shows are also very nice with the quality and playing light games.

At this point I've used it for a few semesters at college. It's managed to last me from my freshman to junior year and still no problems. Overall pretty great

I just bought this laptop for my cousin as he is going for college. Battery life is decent for 5 hrs. And performance is great. Faster and steel deal for me.

Ordered this online. Waited a couple weeks to get it. It didnt come with the original box. But that's all extra garbage anyway. Its in excellent condition and works great for almost half off the price it was well worth wait.
