    Good laptop but didn’t have all the features we were looking for like backlit keyboard and lighting USB-C connection. Ended up returning for a different 14” that included those for only a few dollars more.

    This product was recommended by a Best Buy representative as a computer for my son in college. We got it on sale and have been very pleased with the speed and screen. It is not a touch screen, but runs incredibly well. Lots of storage. This will work very well in college for what he needs for school.

    the keyboard is off set in this computer and it makes typing a pain. The sales rep sold this to me in the box without actually looking at it. He said it was similar to a different one. It will work for now but I hate the keyboard.
