Got this for mother in laws work from home laptop. On the job i work with Dell laptops, Latitudes, these are definitely a tier above them I think from the brief time setting it up. She says ots workong great for her. Definitely get the geek squad protection for a few years incase something does go wrong or non tech savvy users need troubleshooting.

The 16GB of RAM makes this a very responsive laptop. Keyboard is small but I'm using a wireless keyboard with it. The only issue I have is with the fingerprint sensor for logging in. It's a little finicky. Also, be sure not to plug the charger cable into the wrong USB-C port. The sale price at Best Buy was fantastic!

I replaced my 15" Dell Inspiron with this 14" model. Though both are Two in One screens, I find that I actually use this size more as a tablet than the larger one. It's a much faster laptop with just the right features for me. The Windows 11 OS is a slick upgrade from my old W10. Glad I made the move!

Its compact easy to carry and the performance is good

Awesome and replaced my desktop computer. I do music and video production and needed a more portable solution and this nailed it. The added function of switching it to a tablet format is extremely useful too. Highly recommend!

Awesome computer works like a champ! It took me a little to adjust with the touch screen, but it’s great to have. After 1 year of use, still runs great.

This laptop very fast, light and comfortable for me.

Excellent machine, especially at $700. Enough memory, storage, and processing power for most people who are looking at a machine for basic productivity, streaming, and very casual gaming. Not a machine for serious gaming or video editing, but a good all-around product. Setup was easy and bloatware isn't an issue.

Bought this for work and i did not use it because my job gave me one to use. The laptop seemed pretty easy to use and i liked that it had a touch screen. Also affordable. I wish i could keep it but i got another one from work.

So far have been very happy with this computer. It has a bright sharp screen and is quick to respond.

I've had this laptop for about six weeks now, and I am truly so pleased with it! Delivery and set-up were seamless, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It can be a little noisy at times, but that's it. It travels well and helps me stay connected while I'm on the go.

I was amazed and excited to use my personal laptop at home. It’s my gift for myself and reward for being a hardworking mom. I also wanted to say thank you to best buy for being accommodating and approachable staff because I purchased all my stuff without any hassle. Then, they offered a credit for me to have more savings and to be use for future purchase.

I really searched and went back and forth between laptops and I am so happy going with this one! I haven’t even played with it in other ways then work yet but I do a lot of multitasking two windows and the speed has kept up amazingly!

I bought this for one of my clients due to the price to performance. This device provides a smooth experience for everyday use. I have no complaints other than the screen could be slightly bigger and switching between tablet mode and laptop mode bugs out every now and then.
