I have never had issues with start up, shutting down, slow running, or anything in between. I use it as a teacher and a college student. I create, edit and upload videos. I run many tabs and applications at once, the HDMI post makes adding a screen easy. I have also done screen casting and more! I am rough on laptops and it has survived me with a few minor blemishes.

Great Value for the Rgiht Price

I really hate the buffering, which causes it to constantly stop for a minute in the middle of a sentence I am typing. The built-in WiFi is definitely inferior to my previous Lenovo., But other features work well, the screen is good, and the keyboard has enough space to hit the right keys. It feels sturdy, although it is too soon to know what will happen on the bumpy road of life.

Great customer service, driver issue however.

There was an issue with the Intel Wi-fi driver, but I was able to replace it with a newer driver. I would like for Best Buy to make sure that their manufacturers have the most up to date drivers/software installed. This goes for Dell as well - don't ship with outdated/buggy software/drivers.
