Very good anti-virus protection. It scans the virus from my PC and removes all the potential threats on my laptop. It also blocks bad connections or sites and provide protection for identity thefts. Does it job and boost browsing.

Love my laptop!! I gave it a four because of me not it. I'm not a smart user, hahaha.. I'll never know all it's capable of doing & I haven't had it long. So far so good, I'm loving it.

Good value for a two in one, but sometimes it gets hung up switching between desktop and tablet modes. No big deal, just restart if it doesn't give you the screen pop-up to switch.

I bought this laptop for schoolwork as I use engineering software(solidworks) and needed a upgrade. This laptop is perfect for schoolwork but can also do good with games. Definitely don't regret choosing this one

LOVE! I would give 5 stars but the first on I ordered had screen issues. It might have been a driver issue but I was too scared to keep it. The second one has been great!

After some work-arounds to get my favorite old programs to work on this new computer, I think I will like it. The typing touch is a vast improvement over what I had been using.

This is a very nice budget friendly computer. I replaced my defective Asus with this computer and so far its awesome. The best buy guy at concord was very helpful and it's the only store that had it in-stock..

I am using this one every day 9h a day for business for the last month. I had 2 time experienced to get hot but was itself dealing with it and resolved by reboot all the system. After that works perfect. Highly recommend!

I can run all my programs shots dope af I upload on PH “won’t let me post the actual site very high quality I wish it was smaller and had less memory and no usb slots, wish there was no numbers on the keypad

I needed a new computer and this was recomended to me by my brother who works in IT. This is a great day to day computer but also works well for gaming.

Sales rep made the purchase easy with excellent, clear descriptions of my options. He was very well informed, efficient I also appreciated that Best Buy took my old laptop for recycling.

This laptop is really light weight and very fast start up. I had been concerned about the 14" screen size being too small but it is the perfect size vs transportability spot.

Exactly what I was looking for in a computer - the touch screen is responsive and the tablet mode works great. The machine itself feels sturdy, but not too heavy. I've enjoyed using it so far.

I use this laptop for the sole purpose of accessing my desktop at work remotely. This computer boots fast and keeps up with the remote access program we use. Absolutely does what I need it for.

Overall it has been a great experience. Sleek design fast reponse beautiful 2 in one just a tad bigger for my liking. If you like wide screen with great speed design and response you cant go wrong.

I bought this laptop a while back and expected better. It has heating issues and problems connecting to the wifi. I noticed the screen gets dimmer sometimes which is concerning as well. I don't use it for anything else but school work and basic browsing, either. It's a bummer because I like the design and think it's a convenient laptop but I probably shouldn't have bought it.

I have always used Dell and find them to be a good company. I went down in size. Would have been nice to be a little lighter, but I'm very pleased with what I purchased.

Basically only bought this so I could download several hundred cd’s onto my iPhone. I needed a ‘middle man’ to convert analog to digital. Works great, but I’m not computer savvy.

Enjoyed the product for the first three weeks; however, the screen froze and I need to take it into the Geek Squad to have it troubleshoot.

This is amazing can stress it easy to set up and it was the deal of the day man this definitely was a great deal. And the speakers are awesome my 1st dell I’m really impressed
