Enjoyed the product for the first three weeks; however, the screen froze and I need to take it into the Geek Squad to have it troubleshoot.

This is an excellent product it does everything that I need and more. I would definitely recommend this Dell to others, I have not found anything that I do not like about it.

I love that I can pair it is compatible with my Galaxy Note. They work great together. Having the option to use whatsapp on my laptop while working helps a lot to multitask.

It is a nice computer but just not the right fit for me..... I'm sure it would be great for someone else but just too small. Color good...

My first non-apple computer in almost 20 years, but needed it to operate remotely for my job. The machine is terrific and Windows 10 is ok, but still getting used to it.

great computer, light weight, fast processing. Only downside is the screen is not as bright as I would have hoped for. Gets the job done.

I bought this for my Synth and recording programs and been easy to work with, fast, ample memory to support wav files etc. Glad I chose this model and the 2-1 is a nice asset

Great product. Would recommend to a friend. Sleek and light. The fingerprint feature to unlock the laptop is pretty neat as well. Would buy a similar product like this again.

I absolutely love this new laptop! It is so fast and I love the fact it can be used as a tablet! I bought a stylus pen and it works so well with the laptop, I’m very impressed!

Purchased computer in February 2021. August 20, 2021, wifi went out. Wifi board replaced by Dell tech Support 8/24/21. Sept 2, 2021, Wifi goes out. 9/3/21, Dell Tech Support again replaces wifi board. 10/13/21, computer begins shutting down about 30 seconds after boot. Dell tells me replacement parts will not be available until late November. After three levels of tech support and a few hours on the phone Dell agrees to ship a refurbished unit to replace the twice repaired and thrice non-functional machine. They will not extend the warranty, however. Replacement arrives and the display does not work. Dell is offering to replace the computer with a new identical computer, but again will not extend the warranty. How can I trust this model when the two units I have been in contact with had serious hardware issues. While the computer worked it was really nice. Not high end but did all the office work I needed it to do. I bought a Dell because it used to mean quality machines and excellent customer service. My next mid-tier laptop will not likely be a Dell.

Bought it for daughter. She really needed a new computer. It's not as big as she wanted, but something is better than nothing.

Outstanding Laptop! Great product, does the job easily. Love the features. Fast and great multi tasking. Dell did it right. No complaints. Overall very happy with this.

Pretty Good compact computer. Battery life could use improvements but you get which you pay for which is a bargain

Never in my life did I ever think I'd buy a Dell. That being said Dell has really stepped up their game. It's probably one of the best computers I've ever had.

One of the best out of five laptops we’ve purchased for the family. My wife almost sleeps with it. lol but seriously I enjoy with little time I do get to use it.

This lap top does what I need to do for my work. The Best Buy online chat was great answering my questions and sending me two links to what lap top I need to do my job.

Great computer. Love it but my hard drive just gave out in under a year. So always get a warranty.
