It worked great for the first week or two, and then the screen blacked out, never to come back on. We returned for the exact same model, and in less than a month the camera stopped working. It's kinda hard to participate visually in Zoom with professors and classmates without a camera. Other than these issues, my daughter loves it, but we'll be purchasing another brand once we return this. We will not be taking a chance on a third one. It's very inconvenient to have to keep going back and forth to return this product. It makes me wonder if these are manufacturer defects or refurbished products being sold as off the shelf new.

After a few months it started to freeze and shut down by itself, disconnecting with the wifi at random times and eventually disconnects every single time I turn the device on, and now I can’t turn it on anymore for whatever reason. It doesn’t help that the screws on the battery are super tight and I can’t even pry it open with any sized screwdriver. Something that could’ve been a quick fix became something I have to pay someone to fix for me. Laptops now should have battery that’s easily taken out.
