    Nothing but trouble. Has been to repair at Geek Squad x 4 and still not functioning well. Very disappointed with this Dell laptop.

    Not happy the keys keep skipping. Was thinking it is because its a smaller keyboard but now I am over it! Not Happy!

      Here are the recommended steps:
      1. Close any applications that are using the webcam (this may include web pages). Save and close any applications that you are working on as the computer will need to restart.
      2. Press and hold the Windows key, and then press the q key.
      3. In the search box type device manager.
      4. Select Device Manager (Control panel) in the list of results.
      5. Touch or click the plus (+) sign to the left of Cameras or Imaging Devices.
      - Note: When there is no listing for Cameras or Imaging Devices, "Contact Technical Support."
      6. Touch and hold or right-click Integrated Webcam or USB camera.
      7. Touch or click Uninstall.
      8. Confirm the uninstall process by clicking OK.

    This is my 3rd Dell computer so I might be a bit biased. I have a Dell desktop, laptop and now this 2 in 1. What I love most is ease of use. Windows 10 is easy to learn and simple to navigate. When setting up this new Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 14" laptop, Cortana walks you through the easy setup. From there you set up your home page and default web browser. I prefer Chrome over Edge but to each his own. The speed of this laptop is amazing.The AMD processor speeds through websites, email, and social media without lag time at all. The graphics are clear and crisp. from looking at pics to watching Netflix the screen display was awesome. I'm not much of an intense gamer so I wouldn't be able to comment on game lag or graphics while gaming. Having the option for a stand up tablet is great during these crazy times we are in. I can connect with friends and family on Zoom or Skype by setting the tablet side on a table or counter and chat away.It's so easy and lightweight so moving around with it is simple. The sound is a little muffled when in laptop configuration but when standing up in tablet mode it sounded better. I really like the fingerprint reader to unlock the computer and the touchscreen is very responsive. All in all this is another great product out of Dell.

    I got this as one of my daughters has returned to the nest and her Chromebook was on its last legs - still worked but limping. She is not the most computer savvy person so I thought this may work for her. She had absolutely no problems setting up the laptop or connecting it to the wireless printer. She loves how quick it responds to her commands and also how fast the internet is now. She is very comfortable with the keyboard. This is her first 2in1 so she is thrilled that she can use it as a laptop or a tablet. The screen resolution is average at the moment but we're going to see if there is a way to make it better, this just may be the default. The reason for the loss of a star is the hinges on this Dell. To me, they don't seem real sturdy and I'm concerned about how long they will last before something cracks or breaks. Other than that, this is a really good computer for general use and, as my college-age daughter may need a new computer for the next semester, we are considering getting her one as well.

    As a laptop, the machine performed admirably. Quick boot time and installs. Nice screen. Amazing sound. Solid build with quite a bit of heft to it. Generally speaking, that speaks well to durability, but the heft is also my main issue with the table mode. It's just too weighty for me to feel comfortable using it as a tablet, and being a full-sized laptop, it also seems unbalanced when in table mode. The touchscreen is always on, which is nice, but I don't see myself ever using it as a tablet. The only other thing that stood out to me, and it might just be a personal thing, but I couldn't land naturally on the home keys. Right hand was generally fine, but left hand always seemed to be a key or so off. This is the only keyboard I've ever had the issue with, and I've been typing so long my hands space themselves with muscle memory, and it just doesn't work with this keyboard. Other than that, no issues.

    I usually buy MAC computers however when I look to buy a PC, Dell is the brand I always choose primarily because they are always ahead of the game when it comes to quality and the durability of their machines. This PC is no exception and not only is it sleek to look at with a taupe/tan coloring, it is thin, lightweight and is portable and quick. The video and graphics output on this machine is up to date with the latest I have witnessed and the keyboard and fast interface allow for just an all around great computer for any type of user. I would always recommend Dell to anyone shopping around for a PC and would look to purchase this type of machine again.

    I love this laptop! I have used many in my time and this one is a great product. I use a laptop for mostly excel, web and email. For those purposes the Ryzen 7 performance is highly responsive. The display looks great and has less glare than some of my other laptops. The keyboard is a little different than others. The keys feel sturdy and the keyboard does not flex. I think this would be important since the keyboard would be exposed when you have the laptop flipped to use as a pad. The trackpad is very responsive. Overall, the laptop is a great laptop for general personal use.

    For the price, I thought this would be a better laptop than it is. The touchpad is not sensitive even on the most sensitive setting. The cursor(or pointer) sometimes has a mind of it's own while using the touchpad and goes in a different directions or gets caught in the screen. Sometimes the cursor disappears. It does not come back to the screen easily without circling on the touchpad several times. It's prone to buffering during evening hours. I've had the same internet provider for years and this hasn't been a problem with other laptops. There's more, but this review is getting too lengthy.

      2. In the Control Panel window you will need to left click on the Find and fix problems.

      3. A Troubleshooting window will show, from the right side of the window left click on the Hardware and Sound option.
