I'm typing my review on this computer. Glad I got it on sale, because it's gone back up. Dell makes the best computers. A lot of other computers had less features for more money. This computer has a touch screen, 16GB of memory, 512GB solid state drive and a great processor. Super fast!

Very Good Product but there was a major flow. If you needed to move the screen ( top part) of the laptop, you started to rise the computer up off of the surface it was on. it may not seem like much but the weren't any rubber parts under the bottom of the screen to prevent the computer from getting scratched nor the table top you were using. It wasn't flush to the surface. Another issue for me was having the power button combined with the fingerprint sensor. To top that off, that button was smaller and near the the top of the keyboard, making it hard not to hit when using the numbers. The internal parts worked great and had a good speaker output.

This Dell has everything I need for my everyday use. It has great power at a good price point. The 14" screen is big enough without being cumbersome when I travel. The only thing I would change is to put the power button symbol ON the button instead of next to it.

If you're in the cyber security field this laptop is a must have. A few work arounds needed for a Kali Linux install but I was able to get it up and running in 20 minutes. The best part about this laptop, comes with Intel's AX200 wireless chip so all WiFi tools will work right out of the box. Ubuntu and Linux Mint install perfectly with no extra steps required. I'd recommend this to anyone new or even experienced in the cyber security field who doesn't want to run their pentesting tools virtually. My only beef with this is the screen is pretty dim at max brightness but it doesn't bother me at all.

With these specs, very reasonably priced compared to similar offerings. The 2 in 1 folding options works fine but generally don't use it much. Probably didn't need this capability in hindsight. No heat issues, can barely hear a fan. This is more than enough machine for general business usage that I need and it easily runs Android Studio IDE. I expect it will serve my needs for several years. Absolutely zero problems setting up, build quality good. Some but not a ridiculous amount of bloatware comes along with Window$ 10. Very nice looking laptop. I see no reason to spend the extra $$$ on a PC with Intel i7 vs. the Ryzen 7. A little more than I originally wanted to spend, but sometimes you just get what you pay for.

Great laptop/ tablet. Powerful, fast and very good looking. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because sometimes the screw appears a bit dark and I couldn’t find a form fitting protective plastic cover for it.

Another great 2 in 1 from Dell. Very fast. Backlit keyboard is nice. It comes with SD, 2 usb, hdmi and a micro C type slot. 16 gb of memory is a great addition also. Flawless operation so far.

I'm really enjoying this computer so far. It's fast, quiet, and has a great screen. I use it for work and gaming with no problem. The only small issue is that it tends to get hot after prolonged use.

I'm overall pretty happy with this laptop. Good build quality with a metal, industrial looking finish. I bought a USB-C to USB 3.0 4 port adapter that has nearly the identical metal finish. Screen quality is decent, but can get a little washed out at angles and doesn't seem to have the best contrast. Processor is speedy enough for basic tasks, but don't expect this laptop to run modern games at higher settings. This is not a gaming laptop. I would have liked to have more USB ports,but as I mentioned, I did buy a USB-C to HDMI adapter to maximize the use of the USB-C port. Camera is just okay, at just 720p resolution. Speakers are poorly located and sound like a budget laptop. Battery life is also okay, but not great. About 6-8 hours from what I've seen. Light up keyboard is a nice feature. The fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to work on my laptop. It never reads it right no matter what I do. All in all, a good jack of all trades laptop that can also convert to a touch screen tablet. It will do most of what you need for a general use laptop, but does have some minor negatives.

The computer works so perfectly. I was shipped a broken charger with it though and I have not been able to get in contact with any customer service representative who can assist.

Loved this Windows 10 laptop with AMD Ryzen 7, has almost all features for this price point. Very light weight and super sleek. Only reason I am returning this laptop is screen is very dim with 250 nits.

Great build quality. The minor issues I have are with the ethernet card. The network drops when I'm on long video meetings. A month into it and I'm still having to make adjustments to the Ethernet card.

Very nice laptop, very fast! Display is very good. Includes touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and other convenient features. Seems to be well made. The best home/personal laptop I have ever had. Battery lasts a long time.

Great laptop! Very powerful, and a pretty good price point (purchased on sale). I love the feeling of the laptop, it is great quality and does not feel cheap like many other products on the market. Easy to set up and start using.

A great choice for all the specs it has, with this reasonable price. It's very light even compared to other new 14-inch laptops, the graphics are amazing, and is easily adapted to one's comfort. The only disadvantages I found are that it comes without a pen and not all pens are compatible with its screen, and its relatively small storage. However, I got the "Wacom - Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus for Windows Ink; 2nd Generation - Gray" from best buy as well, and it works perfectly with this laptop. I also use an external hard disk to store unnecessarily accessible data and keep my laptop light. I highly recommend it.

Laptop is powerful and lightweight. It’s got lots of RAM and storage. The screen is sharp and bright and big. It also has a built in slide camera cover and a light to show when the camera is operating. Overall very nice Laptop.

Very nice laptop unit. Love the backlit keyboard. Set up was very easy and fast. The option to use touch screen is a plus. I would recommend to anyone in the workforce or for educational purposes.

I am in love with this laptop, it really can do anything. It is very light, sleek, and can process anything that I need it to. Even the color is amazing. For the price, I think it is very well worth it.

This laptop has been fine for what I use it for. I did not need a gaming laptop, just one that would perform Office functions and Internet functions. This has done both well. The screen resolution is good, much clearer than my old laptop. I am pleased so far. I bought an open box model, which was new. This worked out fine but I did find a couple of places where the person who turned it in name was still on computer. It needed to be scrubbed a little deeper.
