This is a powerful laptop. Easy to use and I really liked the sleek style of it. The touchscreen was very helpful when I didn’t want to use the mousepad. I would recommend it

I love this little laptop!!! It’s fast and works great. Only thing better would have been if it came with the thunder power instead of the regular power adapter.

Purchased for a family member, the Ryzen 7 4700U is very quick for a laptop. Got it on sale, and I still would have paid full price for this. Placement of keyboard and trackpad is great, speakers are alright (it's a laptop don't expect amazing), screen is of good quality but wish it was more color accurate. Ryzen 7, 16gb ram (3200mhz I think?), 512gb SSD, and able to use WIFI6. Upgrade down the line to 1tb or whatever you need for SSD storage. I really really wish Dell would stop putting bloatware on computers, but I guess the average user probably doesn't care. When or if you uninstall, be careful of what you uninstall.

Love the color! It’s very fast. I do prefer having the 10-key but if you don’t need one and you’re looking for something smaller, this has been excellent!

The computer is a great deal for the money. It is reasonably fast and has an amount of memory that is currently perfect for the computers uses.

We love this new laptop. Our old Asus was terrible. Right from when we bought the Asus it didn’t load fast. This laptop is very fast and that’s what we wanted.

Good Laptop.....Fingerprint sensor not so much. Would recommend for purchase. So far so well in all areas of performance.

Bought it for my gf wish i had one. Screen is awesome resolution. Fast. Reccomend. Like where it vents the heat. Quiet operation too!

This laptop has met all my needs. Versatile, fast, easy to carry, and a very responsive keyboard. I would recommend this to any user.

Although I’ve used Apple computers and laptops since 1987, I decided to try Dell due to the touchscreen. I find the keys difficult to use, as they are flush and not as responsive to touch as Apple. I like the Clarity of the camera, as I will be teaching online. I have not tried the camera yet. Ultimately, I’m still getting used to a non-Apple product. I hope that the keyboarding is less of an issue in the future. The touchscreen is good,

This computer is worth getting. I use of daily for school. It works fast. I’m still trying to figure out everything about it but love it so far.

I downsized from a desktop to this laptop, the best thing I could have done. I am able to move around and do different projects.
