I bought this as a gift. I purchased on sale at a very good price with so many of the same specs of my MacBook Air minus my processor is a M2-2023 while this has a 12th generation I7 Intel core process which was available in Jan 2022 so it's not that old with windows 11 OS 16 Gig Ram and 1 T hard drive for 1/3 what I paid for my Apple and Dell has a good reputation in the PC world used alot by businesses. It also has touch screen which is usually reserved for Note pads or iPads, finger print ID, and large 15 inch screen is the bomb. I highly recommend taking a basic computer class on youtube because you need to know how to maintain and care your computer for longevity too. Laptops should not remain plugged in like desktops and shut down when not using it to clear out the Ram for a refresh. Clean out your cookings and history in your browser once in a while too. I have no idea if they still defrag the PC hard rive, we don't need to on Macs. I am very impressed with the over all qulaity of conponents to relative pricing. A great starter PC for sure without a huge investment with all the bells and whistles.

I think, with the price, this is a powerful, versatile laptop with an elegant design. Equipped with an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM and an impressive 1TB SSD, this laptop is very interesting to me. Its 15.6-inch touchscreen is excellent as it gives me sharp images and vibrant colors. I just hope it will give me a long life.

Touch screen is responsive. Seems quick enough for answering emails and using word or excel. Lightweight. Battery capacity seems decent. Outer body is plastic so doesnt scratch easily. Got it at a discount. Seems worth the price.

Bought for our daughter for her Senior year of HS ready for College courses online. Works great!! She wasnt sure she was going to like the touch screen but now she wouldnt want it any other way. Diaplay and resolution is perfect! Other kids in her class wish they would have spent just a little bit more and got this computer for their studies. Even teachers like it for how it works and the processor speed.

This is perfect, this is what I was looking for. In my opinion is perfect for the price, a great screen size (adding that is touch), great processor and good ram! Battery life is perfect If you are not looking for a gaming laptop, this one is perfect, even my dad was jealous, when his laptops are expensive haha

THis was my christmas gift to myself as my other two laptops were giving me issues already and I needed a reliable one. It's GREAT. The price was great for Christmas Black Friday sales so I grabbed it and I'm so glad. It's light, and the keys are smooth. I like that the keypad is on the right side making it easy to use for numbers, data. The screen is clear and is touch screen so that's another great feature. I recommend it to anyone needing something to use that works and is affordable. It was also easy to set up. It does not come with Microsoft programs but I bought a lifetime one and it was easy to install digitally.

Definitely Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great laptop computer for the price , I got this on sale which was an even better price at around $250 dollars less then regular . I use it for general office work , I had previously used a laptop ( which also served me well ) that I purchased at Bestbuy a number of years before . This Dell laptop was quite an upgrade with its Intel i7 processor and 1 Terabyte SSD , it gets the job done while also quiet and the battery lasts longer definitely a plus . Highly recommend

Bought this laptop a fe weesk ago amd so far its performing great. I love the touch screen, user friendly and essy set up. Fast, battery last a long time and display is vibrant.

I found this laptop by luck! I got it open box and although Best Buy isn’t the easiest or the nicest to deal with when I ultimately contacted their corporate maangement team the situation was resolved promptly! This laptop is super fast and has all the storage I’ll need! Make sure you get the Geek Squad plan!!
