But upper side of laptop is not smooth finish. Its mat finish.So cleaning is bit tough

Love the laptop; love the price. But, shutdown/sleep/power is hard to find. Have to press Windows button instead of the power icon just being onscreen.

No light keypad makes it difficult to type sometimes. But value for money. Does not fold 360 degrees as well, hence cannot be used as a tablet.

1 month past warranty the screen just went black out of nowhere while using it. Its likely the backlight or illumantion circuit. And will probably cost me half the price of the laptop just to fix. Sucks but the computer was overall a good computer up to this point. But lasting 1 yr before a major problem, is a problem.

My old Inspiron is aging out of Microsoft security. This was the closes thing I could find and I'm happy with the purchase.

It was working great at first but suddenly stopped wanting to connect to the Wi-Fi within the first week. Luckily I was able to return it and exchange it for a different laptop. I don’t know if everyone is having similar issues or if it was just me but for right now I would not recommend this model.

The Product was easy to order, the purchase staff was great, and the price was right. How can you do any better than that?

So thought I was getting the same computer that I had before but it is not. Does not have a light up key board, does not have the fully bending back screen & the touch screen is not good at all - does not respond. Will look to return & get the one that I thought I was getting Dell Inspirion Ultra 5 - this price was good but did not meet my needs.
