Laptop won't power on - DUD!

The bottom gets hot with no activity from the keys or screen. It worked fine since purchased with no symptoms of issue(s) until now

Terrible Battery

It came nearly as described. Open box in excellent condition. What it didn't mention is that the battery dies after you take it off the charger within 45 minutes to an hour.

Display lost and caps lock light is blinking

So the Total Membership worked and the replacement when within 30 days. Prep of the new and transfer of information from the prior laptop to the new one went better than the experience before.
