I have only had the computer for a couple of weeks, and things are great so far. The computer is not light, but is perfect for taking back and forth to an office if you have to go in. For the price (under $600), I could not have gotten a better deal (16GB memory, 1TB SSD). The only downside is the keyboard feels a cheap, but that is what an external keyboard and mouse are for.

It a good laptop for personal use. I was not expecting it to be that fast, but it is.

Great Laptop. I bought 7 of these for my business needs. It has a number keypad which is great. It is not heavy, it's actually pretty light. Overall, it seems like a reliable laptop. Nothing fancy but totally worth the money.

Excellent computer. I would buy it again!! It performs as advertised. It has excellent screen. Touchscreen works extremely well. Keyboard is well designed. I would recommend this this to anyone who needs an easy computer to use for old or young!

I bought this laptop a few months ago. I absolutely love this laptop. It is stylish and light weight. It has many features such as touch screen and AI assistant. I needed a laptop that moves fast and up to date. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone needing a personal computer and/or handling business/work-related matters.

This laptop has it all, or at least everything I want. Its fast and can handle anything I've thrown at it. The i7 processor has made all the difference.

Exactly what I needed. I was well overdue for a new laptop and this one fit the bill. I don’t need bells and whistles just a robust machine to use Microsoft Office applications and cutting machine software. I bought this machine on Cyber Monday at a great discount. Very pleased with my purchase!

I bought this for my wife as an upgrade. I have the i5 processor and this one is an I7 processor. It’s fast and easy to use. You can just about run and do anything with it. It boots up fast. This is only my second Dell, but I should have bought one long time ago.

It is always a good option to buy with best buy, for safety and for the guarantee. Whenever I buy some equipment I go to the store or I do it online and it's the best.

Great laptop. Operates very smoothly. Has an amazing amount of storage. Only thing is that the battery does tend to drain pretty quickly. That’s the only thing I have against it. Otherwise it’s a very solid laptop.
