I recently purchased my second ASUS laptop for my family, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the brand's consistent quality. The performance is fantastic — it’s fast, reliable, and handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and working from home with ease. The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours without needing a charge, which is ideal for long days. The display is vibrant, and the keyboard is comfortable for typing, which is a nice bonus.

I found this laptop by luck! I got it open box and although Best Buy isn’t the easiest or the nicest to deal with when I ultimately contacted their corporate maangement team the situation was resolved promptly! This laptop is super fast and has all the storage I’ll need! Make sure you get the Geek Squad plan!!

I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review. I’ve had it for a couple weeks and I like it a lot. I will say it could have better battery life. But I have the Best Buy plan so I’m kinda not worried about that. It is very lightweight, and I love the touchscreen feature of it. It was a goodbye for the price.

Excellent laptop. Very fast, great resolution and great features. Perfect size and very light to travel with. My only complaint is that the keyboard is not lit. Otherwise I would be completely satisfied.

This was a big step up from my 10-yr-old Windows 10 Acer Laptop. Love the 16 GB of Member and 1TB SSD drive. I typically run with 20 to 30 open tabs in my Chrome Browser and the response time on this new Dell is instaneous. I'm using a Plugable USB 3.0 Docking station which allows me to have 3 extendable displays and this works fine. So after 6 weeks of running this new Dell, I'm VERY pleased with the performance. Oh ... and I was able to purchase 2 extra power supplies off of Amazon for $15 each.

Honestly, was better than we were hoping. Good battery life, easy to use, and the touchscreen is the cherry on top. Would absolutely buy again

More than fast enough for what I need. Screen is really nice also. Not a fan of the keyboard but at this pricepoint for this performance level no-one should complain and I will not. It does work fine and USB keyboards are everywhere. During surfing and light duty the fan noise is quite reasonable. This is the "Carbon" themed casing which means no flashy appearance which would add cost without improving performance. Good deal when on promo.

This computer was a solid investment for my wife's uses. it is quick, lots of memory and user friendly.

I have no complaints or any concerns. This laptop is great. I use it for work. It has enough memory ram and the process is really great. I would have thought it would’ve been heavy to move around, but it’s not.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter after much thought and consideration. The stats were exactly what she needed. Shs absolutely loves this laptop! This year, I an planning to purchase the same laptop for my son.

I purchased two of these laptops the end of November 2022. They are less than 2 years old. They BOTH will be going in the trash (actually to my city's recycle program) this week. Do not waste your money. One did not work right out of the box. Waited for replacement. Then they both started having issues. We have been working with computers since 1988. Repeatedly had to call Dell. They fixed them with BIOS updates, updates to the touchscreen when that stopped working, etc. etc. A month ago the hinge broke on the first one. These 2 laptops do not get moved around. They stay on a desk, where we work across from one another. We do not slam them shut. Last week the hinge broke on the second one. Since then we have left them open, but both laptops have developed a mind of their own. They open and close pages randomly. If you brush against the bottom, not keyboard or touchpad, the screens close, or open a random screen. I will never again buy another Dell computer. For these 2 laptops to completely fall apart, externally and internally, in less than 2 years is ridiculous. I see lots of reviews with 5 stars from purchasers who just bought them. How can you honestly leave a review for something you haven't had 10 minutes. Dell won't even let you leave a review on their site which tells me all I need to know. Caveat emptor.

Great computer at a fair price. But I was told that it came with Windows 11. Wasn't told it was only a trial for a week or two! But can't say enough great things about Dale, the HP rep who patiently answered all of my questions and helped me make an educated decision, even if I wasn't ultimately only considering a product that he reps. Thanks Dale - you are a wonderful, knowledgeable, patient person! Your help was greatly appreciated.

Excellent laptop - fast, touch screen is awesome!!

Everything as expected. Works great, but due to all plastic it feels a bit flimsy used on a lap instead of desk — finger clicks in the mousepad with “stick” and be selecting things on screen which is frustrating. On desk quite a bit better. Would love upward facing speakers, but that wasn’t a surprise. I do like the rear vent - better on desk or lap, though it is still noticeably warm on the lap. I was looking for an inexpensive laptop that could handle 30 tabs open or sizable spreadsheets and it handles those with ease. Battery life well below par — 3-4 hours using it for work, which is just chrome open.

This computer has been great for basic things. It works well and has a long lasting battery. For the price it has exceeded expectations.

The laptop has a good processor that allows me to work smoothly. It is light and comfortable with no issues of heating. For those who want to buy wait for the offer, I bought this laptop for half the price.
