The laptop itself is great, and a value at the cyber Monday price. Other than Microsoft trying to force you thru Microsoft store for everything and them data mining your life, I am happy with this product. Make sure to disable S mode!!!!

I bought two of these laptops and it was super easy to get them set up. Laptops seem quick and the display is great. No issues thus far.

Purchased this laptop for my 97 year old Mother for Christmas - so she can play her games on a screen larger than her phone. My sister is working on getting Mom's favorite games, plus some new ones, installed. Also got a great Best Buy bargain on cyber Monday. Really enjoy Dell computers - only complaint - they do NOT come with a user manual - PLEASE, DELL, INCLUDE A MANUAL WITH EVERY NEW COMPUTER.

My first attempt at purchasing a laptop rather than a desktop. There's a little bit of a learning curve but the more I use it the better I like it. I had a Dell Desktop before and I do really like the brand. I look forward to this lasting for many years to come. I love it!

I’ve been using Dell desktop for a while but a week ago I decided to give it a try and buy my first laptop and I don’t have issues at all. I’m testing that laptop everyday and I think I’m going to keep it, Now its time to upgrade my 9 year old Dell inspiron desktop for a new Dell Inspiron I saw on Best Buy last week

I have only had the computer for a couple of weeks, and things are great so far. The computer is not light, but is perfect for taking back and forth to an office if you have to go in. For the price (under $600), I could not have gotten a better deal (16GB memory, 1TB SSD). The only downside is the keyboard feels a cheap, but that is what an external keyboard and mouse are for.

The Dell is a nice speedy computer. It has a good amount of RAM and the drive is sufficient. It is a bit heavier than my last computer and I miss having a lighted keyboard. The only issue is Microsoft, of course. I had forgotten just how much stupid Microsoft stuff I had to turn off.

I love this laptop! It's the perfect size for how I need to use it. The touch screen is great! I will say that the cursor pad is pretty sensitive and its easy to accidently rearrange and close out of tabs. Overall, I love it.

Decent PC for work and entertainment. The touch screen is nice, but the max brightness is not enough to work outside in sunlight. I wish the camera had a manual cover.
