I purchased this laptop for my daughter after much thought and consideration. The stats were exactly what she needed. Shs absolutely loves this laptop! This year, I an planning to purchase the same laptop for my son.

The laptop has a good processor that allows me to work smoothly. It is light and comfortable with no issues of heating. For those who want to buy wait for the offer, I bought this laptop for half the price.

Everything as expected. Works great, but due to all plastic it feels a bit flimsy used on a lap instead of desk — finger clicks in the mousepad with “stick” and be selecting things on screen which is frustrating. On desk quite a bit better. Would love upward facing speakers, but that wasn’t a surprise. I do like the rear vent - better on desk or lap, though it is still noticeably warm on the lap. I was looking for an inexpensive laptop that could handle 30 tabs open or sizable spreadsheets and it handles those with ease. Battery life well below par — 3-4 hours using it for work, which is just chrome open.

This computer has been great for basic things. It works well and has a long lasting battery. For the price it has exceeded expectations.

Have been a DELL customer for over 20 years. This was purchased due to being an excellent value on sale. Really like the touch screen and the speed along with the 1T hard drive.

The core specs in the product description are what attracted me to this computer. It's on-sale price sold me on it. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. I feel I got what I paid for, but not a penny more. Three "shortcuts" that I've found are: 1) low-quality speakers - impossible to listen to music at any volume, or speech at full volume without buzzy distortion. 2) no keyboard backlighting was in the product description. However, without backlighting the font for the keyboard keys should have been bigger, bolder, and brighter white. In evening room light, or on a cloudy day, it's hard to see what's on the keys. I have to tilt the screen down to illuminate the keyboard, or turn up the room lamps to bright. 3) no lights for "computer on" or "drive active." When turning off the computer, there's no confirmation that it's fully shut down. The only light is by the power cord - white for battery charging - off when the battery is fully charged.

Product is performing well. Still learning the different features. Good and clear display. Speed is fairly good. Not exceptional, but acceptable. Battery is Ok

Best VFM laptop! The combination i7, 16gb, 1tb with the Black Friday price was a unique combination! And the lowest price of the market! It is quick enough, battery is very good, wife is very happy!

I love my new Dell laptop! It is much faster than my last laptop plus has touch screen capabilities. I also like the fact that I can transfer some files by Bluetooth. I can even make calls on my laptop!

I purchased this Dell Inspiron laptop for my daughter in January 2025. It was an Open-Box purchase in Excellent condition. She uses it for work and personal use and has been extremely happy with it. We were hoping there would be no issues with it since it was an Open-Box purchase, and we are pleased to report that it's working like a charm. Buying Open Box in Excellent condition saved over $200.

Amazing laptop, touch screen, 1TB SSD, with a core i7 processor. This laptop is all in one, specially for someone using it just for work/play games. Amazing find.

Product meets the expectations and working very smoothly with heavy software like Autocad also touch screen is helping me in designing the drawing more frequently.

Just purchased this Dell laptop to replace an older smaller Microsoft Surface. Price wise this was a great deal on sale. Was not gonna dish out over $1000 for another Surface that I have to squint at to see. The Dell is a great size and does all if not more than the Surface. I mainly do browsing and prepare/save documents with a bit of streaming. This works perfectly for my needs. I would purchase again, do not regret.

Touch screen is very smooth. I am run multiple photoshop apps same times and it’s running smoothly without any buffering.

The laptop is very good. Display is awesome. 360 flap helps me in many situations. Configurations is very good as I was needed. No slowness at all.

I purchased this laptop to replace a Windows 10 Dell, that had slowed down noticeably. The issues I had with the old machine were totally resolved with this one. Delay in booting up, delay in opening applications, poor performance using MS Outlook and Excel were all magically eliminated. This purchase also made sense as MS will only support Windows 10 for another year. I had the laptop delivered to my home. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was made on time.

Excellent everyday computer. Fast and just the right size with ample hard disk space. Dell didn’t disappoint with this one.
